I have a pair of regular F-flys, size 40.5. I usually wear 9.5 US women’s, regular width fits my bunions well. I am an active physiotherapist who wears these daily at work, running around on concrete pad, and recommend this brand to patients with foot problems who need arch support—you can easily add an orthotic—and a wide toe box. Inov8: Please stop making pink and white women’s shoes!!! Newtons used to be my running shoe of choice, but now appears the company is going under. (Newtons marketed themselves to people who ran throughout the lifespan). Pls consider making bold colors —M & W—and adding a metatarsal roll bar on the sole. Agree with prior review about 0 drop heel. If you add a small cushion under the met heads , there’s no need to change arch height. PS. Do you need a PT on your design team? Love your overall design! TY

I have been wearing INOV8 F-lite models for functional fitness workouts for many years because I like the wider toe box. I really like my new F-lite Max, especially for heavy weightlifting. I have always worn a size 8 in the past, but this specific shoe felt shorter in length. The 8.5 was much more comfortable.

I ordered a half size up as recommended and the length was fine. I liked the wider toe box as well and the flexibility of the shoe. I tried this shoe as it was recommended for crosstraining with lateral movement and high impact. It fell short for me with less cushion under the ball of the foot which is insufficient for high impact aerobics (Jazzercise) and the tongue of the shoe is long and rubbed on my ankle so I returned them. Shoe appears to be well made.

I have been wearing Saucony Crossport but they have been dc'd so I am looking for a new shoe.

The default width of these shoes is “wide,” so I wasn’t sure how’d they’d fit my normal width feet, but the length in the sizing is off. They’re a little wider than other training shoes I have, but it’s not a bad or bothersome thing at all. I went TTS based on a lot of reviews and had to exchange them for 1/2 size up since the TTS rubbed the top of my toe. The half size up fit perfectly. I ordered the F-Lite and F-Lite Max’s to see which I liked better and the Max’s were my favorite. The F-Lite had too much of a heel slip to me, but the Max locks my foot in nicely so I kept the Max’s.
These shoes are pretty lightweight and extremely comfortable right off the bat since there was no breaking in period. I have a number of training shoes from other brands and these are my favorite of all of them. I can see myself getting another pair in a different colorway because they’re just that good.
I’m not usually a huge fan of pink, but the bright pink looked too good online to pass up and they look just as good in person, if not better.

Returned. Not sure what it was about these sneakers, but they did not work for me. Almost felt there was too much room by the toes. They were super light weight. Felt true to size.
