I've worn vans for 15+ years and never had a 13 not fit me. This is the first style where 13 doesn't fit and there's no bigger size!

Really love how the shoe looks, plus the cushion & stability in the insole but after two months the toe box is still really painful, narrow, and tight. Grip is good outdoors but can be slippery when wet on slick surfaces. I am a W9 in the ultra range vr3's, and ordered W9 for these crosspaths. Was really excited about these shoes when I ordered them, now really sad that I can't wear them at all

Didn't keep, but upper felt fragile and prone to tears or layer splitting. They look decent, like they'd perform well, but you can tell they're not up to par with better performance outdoor brands.

I really wanted to try these for disc golf. Love the style and they feel tough enough to keep up. The fit however was too narrow. I sized up and still didn't fit right.

Comfortable for the most part but lacking in a few aspects. Coming from several pairs of neo vr3, the heel tab is a bit small for my sausage fingers. Perhaps i'll love them in the long run, but for now.. they're just an ok change from the neo vr3.

I was super excited to buy these for a 3 week trip that involved a lot of walking. Initially I was stoked, as these are easily the most comfortable Vans I've ever had. But 2 weeks into my trip a small tear appeared around the base of the toes, and each day that I wore them, the tear spread more. I had to fix it with superglue, and now one of my shoes has this ugly glop on it. For those considering buying these, be advised that the material selection for these shoes might not hold up like you would expect.

Am generally a Vans lover but these shoes I started having issues with a popping sound that happened at the inner toe bend. After about a month, the noise got worse after I thought wearing them in would help. Attached photo is me pointing where the popping was happening, you can basically see the bend points. Wrote a review complaining how I was past the return window, Vans messaged me and gave me a reimbursed via gift card(thanks), but now I see my review disappeared? I ordered the marshmallow white, but I think they are discontinued now.

I liked the look of these shoes and the cushioning felt great. The downside is they are so narrow and I am a normal, medium width in my shoes. I tried them on with my normal, lightweight hiking socks - too tight. Even with the laces loosened. I tried a thinner athletic sock which provided a better, less tight fit in the toes, but still not great. Walking around the house for a test, the top of the shoe, where it naturally folds when walking, dug into my foot. The shoe fit well and was comfortable when I was wearing my very thin dress socks or barefoot. Unfortunately, these shoes in my normal size are not working for me. I may try going up to 8.5 and give that a try.

On the original Ultrarange, one of the most common negative reviews was the tightness and resulting discomfort in the height of the toe box. It wasn't terribly narrow, but it was too short from insole to the top of the inside of the shoe. It hurt like crazy after a few hours of wearing the shoe. This MTE Crosspath has the same issue. It's as if the laces have been tied WAY too tightly across the very bottom of the shoe even with the laces completely removed from the shoe. PLEASE FIX THIS!! They're beautiful, but very non-functional as presented. Also, and probably an unpopular opinion, get rid of the "waterproofing". It's an ankle shoe. Also, a shoe that dries quickly is better than a shoe holds water inside.

The shoes look amazing, I bought my normal size and a half size up and it doesn't matter they are too narrow. I never buy wides usually medium if good but with all the rubber to make it waterproof it just too tight and I can't bare it long it enough to hope they loosen over time. Please make these is Wides.

I am usually 8-8.5 so I ordered an 8.5. The toe box is too narrow and the layer under the laces cuts into the top of my foot. I loosened the laces but it was still too tight. So if you're trying these, size up. I poured water on them and they're very water resistant. Nothing penetrated the shoe. I was hoping to use these for nursing. The material is very durable feeling and seems like it can protect you from sharps. The tread is thick and will last a long time!

The shoe first has a terrible chemical smell. The shoe isn’t consistent. Fit completely different in one foot— because the liner was wrong or the cushion was off. Style was fine and the grip would have been great. Bummmed

These are fine as a casual shoe to wear to lunch or something. All day wear or anything physical they are pretty uncomfortable and super narrow. Even with a decent insole added you can stand or walk in them very long. Was dispapointed.

They don't last. After 2 months the tread is almost completely worn down. For the price, this is unacceptable. The design and comfort are great.

Bought two pairs or these 5 mos ago for work. I wear them 5 days a week between the office and the field. They have already ripped in multiple places and the uppers are pulling away from the soles

I really wanted to like the shoes. The visual look was exactly what I wanted, but the feel of the shoes was terrible. Like some people have said, it maybe did feel a bit narrower, but for me that wasn’t a big issue. The issues were that the signature outer “stripe” of the shoe was pressing in on my inner foot. The soles, although thick, were very inn comfortable almost like I was standing on plastic, paired with really bad support. I wore these around the house for a day and my feet and lower body was aching. Sad to have to return them. They need to look into what went wrong with the design and materials used to produce this shoe.

the shoe features great materials and aesthetic, however the toe box is too narrow for you to spread your toes and volume of toe box cavity is too small to articulate your toes upward or upward and out comfortably, and i have a narrow foot. i give two stars one for the great idea, two for the great aesthic, but i do feel mislead as the customer, because straight up they're too narrow. if you spread your spread your toes when walking or hiking i suspect you'll find this shoe uncomfortable. i really hope vans engineers address this on their next release. i was saddened to have to return mine.

Very rigid, super narrow. I wear a 10.5 in every other shoe I own but I think I'd need an 11.5 to be comfy in these. They seem like they have good grip, but I couldn't imagine wearing these for their intended purpose. If you want to try them, as others have said I would order a full size up as there is barely any give in the shoe. The insoles also don't seem very comfortable and for long walks or hikes I think my feet would be screaming at me. Will be returning the item.

I'm no stranger to Vans. I wear a m 7/w 8.5. Unfortunately this shoe fits .5 - 1 whole size too small. Very cushy sole, but narrow toe box, and short.

The top part of the shoe lifted from the sole after a week of wear. Only worn to work…indoors…so anywho they look great, are comfortable, and the quality is awful.

Very narrow shoes that don't stretch because of the material they are made of, they are nice and high quality, they just don't fit wide feet, very narrow at the mid and top even with the laces loose, if you have normal feet I'm sure they are geeat

I'm giving two stars not because the quality of the shoes, they are beautifully made and looks very confy, but they are definitely made exclusively for narrow feet. If you are just a little in the wide feet zone, forget them. I bought my pair a entire number above and couldn't keep them on for much time because they got so tight. The waterproff material didn't breaks in as other Vans shoes. I think that Vans should put an advice about that before you buy it.

Great aesthetic and comfy footbed, but too narrow for me. I've worn Old Skools for years and thought these would similar in size but nope! Have tried getting them to stretch too, but also a no go. Sole wears out very fast as well. Not worth the $$. Bummed.
