I am disappointed in the quality of this product. My 7 year old has been using for only 5-6 weeks since school started and the top handle used for hanging has already ripped off.

The strap is broken! Not even a month into the school year and we will be returning this. I have purchased 3 backpacks within the last year from LLBean, and all have been defective and needing to be returned. I am so disappointed in the a quality!

Strap broke on the first day. I need to return the backpack. No longer the ll bean quality they have always been known for.

We bought this backpack this summer and after one week of use (1st grade). The carry loop broke off when it was hung on a hook in the classroom. It's a brand new, expensive backpack and it wasn't even packed heavy.

I bought this bag for my kindergartener in 2022, not long into first grade the bottle holders developed holes. Very disappointing, will not purchase another.
