Perfect fit, high quality, very warm even without the interlayer

I ordered this jacket based on the Columbia suggestion for my size and it is too small. I actually can't move my shoulders without fear of ripping the coat. The inner liner is actually larger than the outer coat which is akward. When I reached out to do an exchange, I was told that they don't exchange sizes. I was also told that I could not return the order to our local Columbia store that I had to return it online and pay $6.00 to return it. Then I had to reorder it, which would be at a more expensive price. If the new one didn't fit I would have go through this process again. I expect better out of Columbia.I am severely disappointed!

One Of the nicest jackets.I've owned.It's very sharp looking and it definitely keeps you warm.

I bought to replace a Columbia 3 in 1 I bought 20 years ago. It works the same except the sleeves are 2-3 inches too short for me. Keeping it but my wrists maybe cold all winter
