To start, this shoe runs large, so I would size down a half-size from your normal. It is a bit wider than previous Triumph models, so if you have narrow feet, it feels a bit clunkier overall. It also rides less versatile than previous models. I appreciated the reactiveness of 19/20 (never ran in 21s), but this shoe doesn't seem to have the same bounce so, along with feeling clunkier due to the width, it is also slower and more tiring overall. I used to use Triumphs on easy days and for workouts, but I don't think these have the speed to drop down in. It does have a nice, plush feel for walking--I believe that's where it thrives--but for running, this shoe is a step down from other versions.

I am a big fan of Saucony for keeping plantar fasciitis in check. When looking for a shoe, I rely on seeing the word "stability" in the shoe description. I think it was once a term you could find in the filters section also, but I didn't see it this time around. Despite lacking the stability description, these shoes are working out well for me - yea!
I'd also recommend:

The sizing is off. Unlike the Three Bears, the fit is not right. The 10 a tad too small, but the 10.5 way too big. It is a shame because Saucony's running shoes are comfy and long-lasting.

Compared to the previous version of the Triumph, which I also loved, I find the T22 to be softer but not too soft, very stable, with a fun energetic ride. It has more room in the toebox which I appreciate - I didn't have an issue with the T20 on a daily basis, but came back from my first marathon with two black toenails, so that little bit more room is great and fits the shape of my foot well. My first run was in the rain and I found the grip to be great. The only downside is it may have lost some of the versatility of the T20/21, which also did well on moderate speed days, but T22 feels solidly made for daily training and long runs. Definitely think it will be a great cruiser and leg saver on longer efforts.

I bought these pair of shoes about a month ago and I love them! I had a pair Saucony triumph 20 and I was very satisfied. My new triumph 22 though, are really amazing!!! It's like I am running without gravity. These shoes are ideal for those with sensitive joints, especially knees!!! The best running shoes ever! They are beyond and above any other brand or model! Highly recommended!!!

I love these shoes. They feel like they have a bit more cushioning than the 20's. They do have a responsive bounce to them which I love as well. They are wider as well. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is they appear to run about a half size bigger. I have lost a lot of the cartilage in one knee so these are perfect for me. I absolutely hated the 21 version and returned. If you need extra cushioning this is the shoe!

First Saucony in ages but it's a great ride. LOTS of bounce and rebound which I like when fitness walking. Absolutely not for my everyday work legs but great for fitness. Usually do a Nimbus but recent reviews had me trying this one on.

Unfortunately, I was in between sizes and I could not make them work. They are a very heavy sneaker.

I've had these for about 3 weeks now and I love them. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn in my life. It's like you're walking on a cloud. I just bought my second pair.

These were recommended by an podiatrist. They do provide amazing, cushiony support. I am happy to have them. BUT -- they are giant on the outside. Much bigger footprint than my other tennis shoes. I guess that is why they are so supportive. I wear size 10.5, so maybe it would not be as noticeable in smaller sizes.

I loved the shoe, especially the color. But I need a little more cushioning and arch support than I felt in this shoe.

They sent me the wrong shoe and wrong size. I was very disappointed. I waited for a long a time for shoes to come only to get the wrong shoes.

I have a really square foot so finding a fit is tough. This shoe is super comfortable and supportive but sadly was too tapered at the toes for me so I did end up making a return. The fit for me is the reason I give 4 stars and not 5.

I bought as a replacement for the discontinued Endorphin Shifts. The sizing is way different. They run wide from front to back. They were moving around on my feet in a weird and non supportive way when I ran in them. I run in the endorphin shift/pro and elites. I wish the Shift would come back. It is a great trainer to not always be running with the plates. They are soft, but I did not find them supportive. The Endorphin line hugs my foot. I wasnt able with this shoe to adjust the laces in any way to get them to feel comfortable on my feet. My heels are a little narrow, so that may be part of my problem with these shoes.
