I bought two pairs thinking I loved themcushioned, roomy toe box but lately the bottom of my feet hurt a lot and barely finished 3.5 mls which I do 3 times a week. Im 70 in good shape and have been running all my lifeI thought the laces were too tight a few times but even with loose laces from the beginning after 1 ml already the bottom of my feet start hurting like if it was a stiff shoe I dont know what to do but for now back to Hokas (Cliftons or Bondis)

I have never had shoes that healed my sore feet as I did when I bought my first . I never have sore feet as I did before. It was pain the entire time until I got my Saucony shoes. 5 Star all the way. Thank you!

Saucony is my go to running shoe. They make the best ones on the market in my opinion. I bought these shoes just because of how good they looked. I wanted a good looking pair of white shoes for vacation. But once I tried them on I realized how comfortable they are. Great shoes for everyday wear and running. Ive been putting in about 5 miles per day and I love them.

Still great shoes. Ive been running on Triumphs almost a decade. Perfect for bigger people running lots of miles. The wide sizes really help.

Having worn a few different Saucony shoes over the years I was super pumped about the new Triumph 22. I needed a new long run shoe and the timing of the release couldn't have been timed better. Having a wide toe box is a pretty limiting factor when looking at running shoes. The models are few and the color options even fewer. So finding the Blue/Gray combo, which was my personal favorite, in the wide size was a huge plus. Having worn a couple pairs of Kinvaras and a pair of Tempus I was familiar with the fit and size I needed. The problem is I can't find the right fit in these. It's a pretty narrow toe box considering its a wide shoe, and like clockwork right around mile 5 the narrow box starts to take its toll. I have played with lacing options and I can't seem to figure it out like I can with the rest. The shoe seems narrow and high. Which for a guy with wide flat feet, isn't optimal. Saucony tends to run on the "tall" side IMO. I have noticed this as I clench my laces to the point where the 2 sides almost touch. I don't se this with my other shoes which tend to be Mizuno Wave Riders/Skys. The Good: SOOOO COMFORTABLE! Seriously, I know I just complained about foot pain, but these are really comfortable to walk around in and go about your business. The padding around the ankle is probably the best I have seen and the shoe in general is soft. The foam!!! OMG This new foam is amazing. I am really disappointed I don't love these, because this is springy, and soft, and forgiving. The Pull tab on the heel of the shoe. Thank you Saucony for the pull. This is so helpful and increasingly rare. THE BAD: Fit. Not the fit I expected from a wide shoe. Generally narrow still, and not conducive to my feet. The shoe may be a little stiff for some.

I bought these shoes a month ago. I previously had New Balance 609s. I'm a walker, not a runner but it's a night a difference. The Triumph 22's are light with great arch support. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and it is almost non-existent now. Great shoe I highly recommend. In fact I liked them so much I bought another pair.

Excellent update to an already great shoe. I ran in my new Triumph 22s in the Chicago 1/2 marathon a few weeks ago and absolutely flew through the course in 1 hour and 48 minutes.I am in my 60s and have been running in Triumphs forever and this update is fantastic. Great cushion, but also with plenty of spring!! There are plenty of competitor shoes with cushion but with no spring, so this shoe is unique. I have had zero knee or leg issues since using the Triumphs. Hats off to the designers of this new shoe.

Punch Line: This model is revamped from the previous Triumph series. I would recommend for recovery/easy runs + walking. I have ran in 12+ pairs of Triumphs, ranging from the 17's to the 21's over the last 4 years. I run ~100 MPW, and would wear Triumphs for my recovery, aerobic + most medium/long runs (use the speeds for fast days). I loved the 21s. Seemed like they provided me with enough cushion for my weekly miles, yet light enough for some medium effort long runs. I was skeptical of buying the 22s after seeing the reviews. I do agree they are heavier, bulkier, and I don't like them as much as the 21s. With that said, I think they are still a great shoe for recovery / easy runs. They do feel great.

These are the most comfortable pair of athletic shoes I've ever worn. While I am wearing these causally right now, I will likely buy another pair for road running. These shoes are awesometotally supportable, light, and extra cushiony. I only suggest that Saucony continue to make different colorways of this same shoe. Maybe some with dark gray or natural gum (like Vans) colored bottoms?

New design leaves things to be desired. Size is spot on but the comfort has really went down hill. It now is very very soft and has to much arch support. Not comfortable at all unlike the previous revisions.

Huge fan of the Triumph 20, the 22 runs much bigger I went a half size down and feels great. I ran 8.5 miles with them right out of the box and felt real good. Its much more firm than the 20s but you feel the responsiveness when you pick up the pace. It does feel heavier but it didnt seem to slow me down. Durability is great.

Probably the worst shoe I have ever ran in. The Triumph 21 was the best shoe I have had in the past 10 years. The Triumph 22 causes major blisters, feels stiff and unresponsive. I run 55+ miles a week and this shoe was out of my rotation after 2 runs. I love Saucony but might consider a change after this.

I just got these. We live in the city. I do a lot of walking. I have never been a runner. Im not sure why its assumed if someone buys running sneakers that it automatically makes them a runner. Walking has the same benefits and doesnt wear out your feet, knees and hips as bad. We walk on concrete. These are very cushiony. The most cushiony Sauconys and other brands Ive ever had. I like the wide toe box too. I have narrow feet yet I need a wide toe box. And the back still fits appropriately. A lot of other brands are all disproportionate re that issue. I got all white as well. They look good too.

I run 30 to 40 miles per week and weigh 170 pounds. Honestly, can not tell the difference between these (22's) and 21's/20's worn previously. The older versions were fine for me, and these (22's) are too. Continues to ne a great shoe for this runner.

The Triumph 22 is the best version to date. The 22 brings me back to what I loved about the Triumph 17: soft, cushioned ride with enough bounce and stability to pick up the pace when warranted. I feel the Triumph lost its way since the near perfect 17, with the last few versions coming in with an unstable slab of rubber and calling it a max cushion trainer. The Triumph 22 is pure comfort, with a confidence boosting lock-down and stable ride akin to what the Hurricane 22 provide (another favorite shoe). Love it and already have multiple pairs.

Not impressed with this version. Its a great walking shoe but very slow for running . It actually slowed me down . I wanted to return them after the first run but Saucony does not allow returns once worn.

My initial review of this shoe was negative, but after giving it more time I really like the changes. The ride is softer than the 21, which I like. I use the Triumph for a soft cruiser and hope Saucony keeps it that way. There are plenty of other shoes for picking up the pace. I also like the wider base, plus the upper is very comfortable, not to mention nice looking. While at first I felt this shoe was a step backwards, after more use I think I like it better than any other Triumph, and I've been buying them since version 9.
