I've had these for a year or so, 1st few months all good in the snow and rain, kept the feet dry. But after that, socks constantly get soaked and it makes for a miserable day if you are out in the wet conditions for hours. Look elsewhere, but if you're looking for casual wear and not to be out in the conditions for long - Might recommend, very warm and comfortable, lightweight. Just not for someone who works outside.

Really nice looking boot! However, was way too tight even when sizing up. Didn't buy.

Stylish and comfortable, however they are absolutely not waterproof, nor water resistant for that matter. Learned this the hard way cycling in the rain.

I made a big mistake buying these boots for winter. To be honest, they are the worst shoes I have ever worn in winter. Firstly, when I put them on for the first time, they pressed very hard on my ankles and even made my bones hurt. And I have narrow feet. Secondly, it was 21 degrees Fahrenheit outside and my big toes started to freeze. These shoes are definitely not for winter. And third, these shoes are very slippery on regular snow, not to mention ice. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I wore these shoes for only a week and today I decided to throw them away because walking in them is torture.

Clearly a beautiful and worthwhile shoe, but I ordered the size 14 and it wasn't even close. Order a size up at least.

I love the style of these boots, and they seem well made for the most part. I really wanted to keep these, and thought that perhaps they feel more comfortable over time, but they are wayyyy too narrow. Unwearable. I'm so disappointed.

Thin, like I don't have wide feet and these are tight lateral to the point of discomfort. Tried to wear multiple times and they just get more painful. Look great though

Product received was not the product in the image. The red part of the shoe is actually brown. These also run small / narrow. I wear a 12 in most shoes but with these I needed a 13. Returned and bought a different pair

This Larimer feels different than that of 3 years ago. I am size 9.5 for most shoes. I needed a size 10 for the 2021 model. I ordered size 10 for this model, it's too tight now it hurts. Need a 10.5

I ordered these boots for my son for Christmas. He has narrow feet and because these boots ran narrow, I thought they would be a perfect shoe for him. We ordered a size larger than he wears based on the reviews stating that they ran small. He wears a 9 1/2 so we ordered 10 1/2. The length seemed to fit; however, the width was too narrow, pressing his little toe against the side of the shoe. He has never worn boots that cover his ankle and he did not like this feel either. I saw the similar waterproof shoe that resembled this style, but with a lower rise at the ankle and was going to order that for him to try; however, most all sizes were out of stock.

I purchased the Larimer Mid Winter Waterproof boots twice within two years, both times at full regular price. Unfortunately, both pairs have had the same issue water seeps in through the sole, leaving my socks and feet wet. After the first pair, I assumed the problem was due to wear, so I purchased a brand-new pair about a month ago. To my disappointment, the new boots performed exactly the same way. I consistently go home with wet socks, which causes significant discomfort after long days. For a boot marketed and named "Larimer Mid Waterproof," this is unacceptable. The product does not live up to its waterproof claim, especially given the price. This appears to be a design or quality issue rather than a one-time defect. I would not purchase this product again.

I love the look of the shoes and my feet have stayed dry when I've had to walk through snow. Unfortunately I've had the shoes only a month and the tan rubber bottom of the shoes is starting to come off. I've only wore the shoes maybe 14 days total and it's disappointing to spend that much money on a pair of shoes that aren't going to last long.

I walk snowy, sometimes wet sidewalks and the shoes will leak water through the toes. It seems to leak at the seam where the sole meets the shoe. There isn't an obvious defect in the glue, but somehow, water is getting through. My socks are damp on top of the big toes after a 1/2 hour walk. I was really counting on these being waterproof.

I live in Vermont and even relatively light snow seeps into these shoes causing moisture and damp socks. I've tried the shoes for 2 winters now in different levels of snow and they're inadequate.

They are not waterproof. They will fail in the toe box area after more than 5 minutes in the rain. Comfortable and warm but do not keep your feet dry. Avoid these if you want waterproof shoes.
