We are very happy with this jacket. My son says it is warm and comfortable, and fits him well.

Purchased this jacket for my teen that is between sizes at the moment in XL. I tried other jackets in the same size and they are too perfect/a little small. Adult Small is WAY too large. The softer style of this jacket is more forgiving, provides a little more room and it fits like "it should."

I cannot believe what a horrible deal this whole company is: buy an expensive kids coat, have the zipper break in about 30 days, only recourse is for us to pay for shipping and mail it back to them and see if they can fix it over 4-6 weeks ! What kind of policy is this? A pure ripoff.

We bought this coat a month ago and the zipper was always sticky; now it completely stopped working and our only solution is to fill out a warranty form and wait to see what Columbia says in the middle of winter. First Columbia purchase and pretty disappointed.

I bought two of these jackets for my 2 kids, and just wanted to join the chorus that the zipper is unacceptable. One zipper is so sticky that my son cannot zip it himself. The other no longer zips at all after just a few months. It's clearly not a coincidence that so many people have had zipper issues. I would definitely not buy this jacket again, and will likely avoid all Columbia outerwear given that the quality is clearly poor.
