My first Denali lasted me 6 years and I loved it so much I purchased another one. This one is barely one year old, has only needed two gentle because I've barely worn it, and it already looks 10 years old. What happened to quality??

Love the jacket. I've had several over the last 10-15 years and have loved them all. Since I'm only 5'3" the shorter length is ok, but someone tall might not

A lot of reviews say the fot is awkward but I happen to like it. I have been searching for a jacket that doesn't swallow me up, and this works great for my short torso and short frame. The underarm zippers are strange for me, but I guess it will help against overheating. I sized down to a small from my medium and it was still plenty roomy, but XS would've been too snug if I opted to wear a thicker layer underneath.

This is a great jacket. It is really warm and comfortable. Recommended: buy the mens jacket for longer torso queens, but I loved this one for me. I got a size L and I'm 5'6" and 180lbs and it fits nicely: meaning that I have room in the jacket for a sweater-shirt underneath. If in doubt you could size up because there are the "synchers" on the size that tighten the bottom of the jacket. I machine washed and hung dry, per the recommended instructions and it is great! You'll likely need to wash before wear because the purple fuzzies attached to my clothes. It did NOT do that after washing.

I have the original and was glad to see an updated and more modern fit for Women's. Just as warm and comfortable as the original. Great for hiking or to wear out in the city. Runs a bit large so would size down.

The length is just right on me. I'm 5'3" 112 lbs and ordered the XS. It's perfect and warm for the 40-degree morning weather in my area on its own but can be used to layer if needed for even colder weather.

I am with everyone else on this. Although I like it, it's not the same as the OG Denali jacket. The women's has puffed sleeves and more like a cropped jacket. The men's sit on or hat below the waist

I'm so disappointed in this jacket! The quality of material is way less than my prior Denali jacket, the zippers under the arm feel super bulky, and it looks slouchy on me. I bought it because I loved the Denali that I wore the zipper out on, but this just doesn't compare. So sad!

I have an older Denali that is so worn out. I wanted to replace it because I've loved this jacket for years. I ordered the same size and all, but they changed the fit. It's bulky, has really long sleeves, and is cropped short. Fits super strange. Had to send it back. Go back to the old cut! It was perfect!

Why promote an item with a model that has a terrible dental gap and acne?

It's very boxy shaped, it's also wide underneath the arms. I had to return it.

I have an old Denali fleece jacket that is amazing, very thick and very warm. I ordered this thinking would be the same but it is far from the same. Fleece is thin, the jacket is cropped and too short, doesn't even cover the backside when bending over. Live in the north where it is cold and snowy and this jacket was a huge disappointment. NF should have stuck with making quality climbing gear because they used to have a great product, now not so much. At the very least bring back the original and keep the cheap one so there is a choice for people who don't want to make a fashion statement and who want a good functional jacket. I know what quality means when it comes to cold weather gear and this is not it.

The xs fits like xl. I couldn't believe it. The sleeves are extremely long and very wide.

I bought this bc I think this is really stylish and warm. I love the cinches at the bottom and that the adjuster pieces are attached/sewn securely to the jacket. I'm 5'6/172/size L and I think it's so cute. Sleeves are obnoxiously long but I guess tolerable. I love the small details. Makes it special. I feel very cute in it!

I initially questioned how warm this jacket would be because of its lightweight feelbut don't let that fool you! It's perfect for chilly days. My only regret is not getting the version with a hood. I went running in 36-degree weather, and it kept me comfortably warm without feeling bulky. Highly recommend for anyone looking for warmth, style, and quality in cold conditions. For a perfect fit, true to size, but if you like layering, I recommend sizing up.
