The fleece sweatshirt I bought was supposed to be the same model I got from you last year but it is a completely different cut and style plus the color is different from the color online.

Every piece of lint or hair sticks to the jacket like it's a magnet. Not nearly as soft after one wash.

These coats are very nice in terms of style, but unfortunately the quality is very poor. They have been shedding lint since day one, and this issue has continued even after a year of use. While they look good at first, the constant lint shedding makes them disappointing in the long run. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for durability or good quality. I would not buy them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The jacket collar on the right side constantly works itself up higher than the left side. I am always adjusting it to prevent the right side of the collar rubbing against my face. I've given it a few chances in case it had something to do with what I wore under or over the jacket, but there's no use, it must be how it was manufactured. Not a happy customer.

This jacket is terrible quality. When I first put it on I noticed it was very thin and not warm. After the first wash piling was so bad that the jacket is not wearable.

Didn't like the color. It was too yellow & not a nice off white. Ended up returning
