The jacket runs small

Ordered a M for my teen. Length and styling look great. However, she tried it on with a Tee and with a sweatshirt. Both types of shirts made it too tight in the arms and was very uncomfortable. Have to return it.

I spotted this coat online and loved it, but when I tried this coat on it was over-cropped to the point of impracticality - I am not a tall woman but it hit several inches above my waist.

Personally, I like to cover my bum because I feel warmer when things are little longer.

I feel like as a brand TNF should understand the need for their products to be water repellent. Warm but can only be worn if not raining. In WA State it's useless. For the price it's frustrating.

The down fill went to one corner of each squares, just wore & washed once & can't wear to get warm anymore

Just bought & wore once, After washing the down fill went all in the corner of every square, looks ugly can see through the down not filled in every square of the jacket.

This jacket was terrible.

It is aesthetically appealing because of the brand name, but it is the thinnest jacket ever, it's more like a windbreaker, especially for the price!! They could've added way more fluff, way more cmon now

I bought this coat a week ago, and I noticed today that there are feathers coming out of it. I have maybe worn it three times, and for short periods of time. Going to return and try for a new one.

Poor quality, not worth the premium price

Jacket was not it. Might be better on a very petite frame. I ordered an XL and just looked frumpy. Jacket was boneless, extremely lightweight, felt cheap even though it wasn't...Just an absolute no.

Cheaply made feathers are coming out and everywhere not that warm very thin

This jacket looks like it fits a child. I am 5ft 7in tall and 165 lbs. I ordered a medium as that is my usual size. Way too cropped (way above my belly button) and the sleeves are way too short. The model and picture are completely not the same coat. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

There are a few issues with the product - two namely: not-true-to-size .. compared to other North Face sizing AND not-true in being a cold weather jacket for Canadian Temps .. at least not for anything over -10

Omg I couldn't wait to get this jacket i wear a large but ordered a XL so I can wear hoodies underneath the arms was so short it looked like I was wearing my 5yo jacket didnt want to bother sending it back so I gifted it

This jacket is extremely thin. Has North Face changed its filling?

This product is poorly made, the arms are much shorter then the body of the jacket. The jacket is much shorter then what is pictured on the model. I am returning this hoodie, very disappointed in the material, cut and sizing of this product.

Terrible fit.

Would not purchase this jacket again, but honestly i probably won't purchase any new North Face products anymore. The jacket was a super thin and cheap material, felt like it would rip if got caught on just about anything. It was as EXTREMELY short, yet they don't advertise it as cropped? Their quality has significantly decreased clearly. This is not the first North Face item I've purchased that was subpar quality, however it will be the last. Just bought a patagonia nano instead and I LOVE it. Also, I sent back the jacket over two weeks ago, they've received the package, yet still haven't refunded me. Upon further research, ive found i'm not the only one who's had a difficult and timely experience getting my refund.

The coat is really cute and I love the color but the fit was just off on me. I'm 4'11 and it was too short. Maybe I'm just not up to speed on the trends but it didn't work, I returned.

This coat is horrible don't buy. This coat cost to much to be thin and not warm.

The coat runs small. I am normally an XL, but for this coat I had to size up to an XXL. Also the feathers come out the coat none stop. I've purchased multiple coats but this one is the first time I've been disappointed.
