I have hard to fit feet and these sandals allow for maximum adjustment to your own feet. I hope the velcro will withstand time.

This is one of the very few NARROW sandals available. It is very comfortable without my orthotics or additional arch support. The style is very pretty in the tan color. The Velro heel strap will not stay closed.It is also too long. I see another reviewer has the same problem. It is almost as if the same size straps are used for all the shoes regardless of width and size. It does not work for narrow feet. I hope they eliminate the Veldro, or use a real buckle for this style and charge more.

This is the most comfortable sandal that's I've ever worn from SAS. I'm a long-time customer. However, the strap that goes around the heel keeps coming undone and I find myself stepping out of the shoe! I actually sewed it closed permanently and now they're fine, but I'm concerned that the Velcro is losing its stickiness over the top. I wish it had buckles instead of Velcro.

First I need to say I've been wearing SAS sandals for over 30 years. I needed a padded pair of sandals mainly for the house with all the hardwood floors. These are ok, the style is fair the straps are ok not great not bad. They are soft enough not to rub. I'm not a fan of the Velcro because it sticks to other things. The front of the shoe kind of clops when I walk. But the padded footbed is the winner. That wins all the stars. Keep that up please! But the style and leather needs some work.

Beautiful sandals, fit great however had to return because of Velcro closure which was rubbing on my ankle. With a minor design change I would purchase again. Replace bulky Velcro with buckle closure or a much thinner back strap

not the best style fit

I tried these on in a store. I was disappointed to find that the front of the sandal is not actually fully adjustable. There is a strap across the top with elastic in the middle, and then the velcro strap goes over the top of that. The strap with the elastic dug into my foot, making the shoe uncomfortable. The shoe felt great otherwise, and I would have purchased it had the shoe fastened only by velcro.

Have purchased SAS shoes for years - first time this style - ordered extra wide as I have edema due to chemo in ankles / feet. Could not get feet in shoe even though larger size ordered. Then have to WAIT for a return label after contacting customer service - no return labels come with the order which delays return by several days So I have paid for these shoes as credit card statement was due waiting for a return label. Everyone else provides same with order. Shame on SAS
