For me (need special fastenings for width) the 3 strap/buckles arrangement is perfect and allows flexibility. Much prefer metal buckle to velcro!

These sandals fit very well and are super comfortable

These are a basic, comfortable, not particularly stylish walking sandal. They do look better than the same style in Propet with all velcro fasteners. They slip on easily enough, so you don’t need to undo the buckles everyday. I am still pondering them as my summer house sandal, and am leaning to something with more grace.

This is a lovely shoe, very well made with ample adjustability in the straps. Unfortunately, for me, not enough arch support for my high instep. I do wish more shoe manufactures would allow removable insoles to allow for augmenting arch support.

I have bunions and a narrow heel, so it is difficult to find shoes that are comfortable. These are quite adjustable and very comfortable.

I love this shoe. I was looking for a sandal that I could walk long distances in, but was still stylish. This is like walking on air. I usually take a narrow, but ended up with a slim. Definitely a keeper!

Seems to be a very well-made shoe. Supportive and well cushioned without being squishy. I have had a few other styles from this brand over the years. SAS Styles are generally kind of dowdy but for walking shoes that's not the most important thing. Supportive and cushioned without being squishy. These seem to fit me well except I need to get a few more holes punched in the heel straps. (Thus I haven't really road-tested them yet.) IF YOU ARE STILL CRYING FOR YOUR LONG-LOST CLARKS SUNBEATS THESE MIGHT FILL THE BILL.

I had high hopes for these sandals, but unfortunately they are going back. I have a wide foot with a bunion, and the design cutout hits EXACTLY at the most painful spot of my bunion. I am attaching a photo to illustrate. Aside from this issue, I have no complaints about the sandals -- the leather is buttery soft, the footbed comfortable, and the straps adjustable. But if you suffer with bunions, you may find them problematic.

I so happy to have found a pair of comfy walking sandals. My 9-1/2, AAA size feet leave me with few options. But SAS actually carries my size! The style is a little "old" looking, but I can't complain; the sandals are VERY comfortable.

Yay! Finally have just the right fit for my now chubbyish foot. Used to wear a Clarks Sunbeat M width, how many years ago, now find this SAS WW buckle-adjustable a good fit. Not very fashion right by today's look, but comfy. And an improvement over the Velcro of other sandals.

Comfortable sandals. I like having the ability to adjust the fit. I have an extremely narrow foot, but I don’t like a tight fit over the ball of my foot. With all the buckles I can get an exact fit. My only criticism is that I wish the brown color was more of a tan, but that is a small quibble.

I have a wide foot and high arch. The shoe looked nice and might have fit if the straps were longer. I am returning because of the straps. Looking at the shoe, I thought the straps went up too high for my high arch but hoped the straps would be a bit longer.

These do run big, however, works well if you suffer from bunions. Not the prettiest of shoes when you wear a 12WW, but after having knee replacement surgery, it does the job. They are comfortable but I found that I can’t walk long miles in them because not enough arch support for me.

Material is great an good looking, but size runs a little bit more. I usually buy 71/2 or 8 , but this pair I purchased 71/2 WW, was too wide and big. It seems I ordered incorrect size. Unfortunately will return, but very comfortable.

Looks like there is a lot of space between the first strap and the toes. Making that space look a little awkward.

I'm keeping the cheaper and cuter propet aurora instead of these.

SAS provides excellent quality and support. Some styles are more supportive and comfortable than others. I suffer ankle and arch issues. Gone are the days of heels, cute ballet flats and flip flops. Surgery has left me requiring a large toe box, so the availability of an WW in SAS is a god-send. The Freestyle is the best so far, but this sandal is acceptable and meets the approval of my PT.

the fie was a little too wide but it squeaked very loudly and I could not wear it.

I thought the adjustable straps would enable me to wear these sandals without my orthotics, but they had no meaningful arch support so the straps did not even come into play. They are going right back.
