I like this shoe. It seemed to have good arch support and was well constructed. Unfortunately, the toe box was not deep enough for my needs. I plan to order an 11-1/2 to see if it will be comfortable.

I love SAS shoes. I am on my feet for work, so I need supportive footwear. My feet are slightly wide but with narrow heels, and a high instep. Usually I wear a 10 regular in SAS but after some trial and error I found the 9/12 wide to be the perfect size for me. They are a classic style but could be a bit smarter with a square heel, but comfort trumps style for me.

Update after wearing these shoes for 3 months. As a flight attendant being on my feet for a very long hours these shops are the best. I have been looking for shoes for many many years and no shoes can be comfortable enough for longer than few hours. These shoes are amazing. They still look cute, they are comfortable, even with feet swelling and 10-15h days, and they still look brand new even tho I constantly press on the metal brake of the carts and usually the toe part of the shoe gets scratched in few days. I am in awe oh how comfortable these shoes are. I will most likely wear them for years and will repurchase if needs to

This shoe is beautiful and well made; however, what was labeled as 7-1/2 WW felt like a medium. Simply cannot wear it. It's a shame.

The shoe is comfortable after wearing for a number of hours. The strap kept the shoe in place. Bought black with patent in size 8 1/2 slim.

Actually very comfortable! Soft heel and it’s pretty low and you don’t feel it. The strap holds the shoe on your feet. I did add one extra hole since I got wide shoes and I am not wide but toe box felt little tight and since it has the strap I figured I can have it in wide and it won’t fall off. First day I wore them for 15 hours and the only thing that I felt that the leather is a bit stiff around my toes but that’s expected. But no blisters and no pain after such long day. So I am very happy with the quality. Also no scratches. Let’s say Clark’s get scratches right away The look is ok. Patent leather makes it a little better looking. Not the coolest shoes but pretty enough. Very happy I found them

These are rather expensive but very comfortable. They are pretty though they are a little practical-looking (a cross between an old lady shoe and a little girl Mary Jane shoe). But as long as they are comfortable, I can live with that. The metatarsal area of my feet has widened because of childbirth and age, but my heels are still very narrow, and pumps without straps slip off my heels so that I cannot wear them for this reason. Pumps with straps (Mary Jane pumps) are the solution to this problem. I just wish SAS made more of these in different colors such as brown, navy blue, and tan. I don't like the other color so much (taupe) as this does not match anything I tend to wear. I hope they at least start making this shoe in navy blue. I would buy more if they did. And it's great that they make these in a size 10.5. I used to wear a size 9 shoe when I graduated from high school long ago, but now I wear a 10.5. Of course I am not happy about this, but it is what it is. And what's really unfortunate is that many shoe companies don't make a size 10.5. Keep up the good work SAS! Please have some more choices!

Cannot go wrong with SAS. These mary-jane shoes required no break in time and kept my feet comfortable while looking stylish.

Perfect and soooo comfortable. Purchased the two tone (patent accent on flat leather). Receive compliments every time I wear these Mary Janes.

Known for their fit and comfort, the SAS Isabel did not disappoint! I wear a 10M in sandals and usually order a 1/2 size larger in closed toe shoes. I purchased the Isabel in 10 1/2W (to reduce pinching and accomodate the usual swelling to feet from standing many hours at work) and the fit was perfect. The mary-jane style with slender instep crossing strap, patent-leather toe cap and heel quarter provided just the right amount of shine and style for both office and after hours. The cushioned footbed, rubber sole and modest heel height provided all day comfort.

These shoes fit very well; I just decided I didn't like the style.

I was looking for some very comfortable, cute shoes to wear with pretty much everything in the office, and I think these are the ones! I ordered them in wide, and they fit my wide feet with high arches well. I have a bunion on one foot and they're slightly tight in that, but I am sure they will stretch out because they are leather. The little heel is cute and perfect for me, very easy to walk in. I got the black with the patent leather and I think they are just the right amount of dressy. The shoes seem very well made, and I think they will last fir a long time.

I love the color, style and fit. However, the arch support is not strong enough for my foot that I broke so I must return.

Hooray! Such beautiful shoes and they fit perfectly! I decided to go with the wide width and am so glad I did. They are comfortable, yet stylish, and roomy in the toe bed! I chose the black with black patent, which is perfect to wear with either pants or a dress. The soles of the shoe are wonderful. I have had dress shoes in the past, that had slippery heels. Not these shoes! I feel secure while walking on any surface, they are not slippery at all! Lovely shoes.

A darling and comfortable shoe that makes me feel steady on my feet, with a heel. Love the feminine strap that also helps the shoe stay on, and the patent leather finishes. Thrilled that SAS creates a cute heel.

Semi stylish closed toe shoe that is comfortable! I have arthritis in my feet and need the support. These work for me. Did have to go 1/2 size up.
