This shoe is great whether dressing up or more casual occasions. Perfect height heel and very comfortable. The toe is a little more rounded than I prefer but still very stylish.

I am a regular 6.5 but would order a W width because i like the toe area roomy as I wear them for work, standing on my feet most of the day. For me, I placed a thin insert in one of my shoes because my left foot is slightly smaller than the right. I would rate these 5 stars for support and style (NOT chunky nor boring looking. Yay!).

These are my comfort dress shoes. They suit any situation that needs a simple black pump that goes with any outfit- dress up or dress down.
Comfy especially if you have to cover a lot of ground walking.

The Milano Pump is a shoe you can dress up or dress down. Formal or casual, you cannot go wrong. The heel is an excellent height and overall size - not "big and clumpy".

Beautiful and versatile shoe - 65 y.o. with wide/prior surgery/bunion feet. I will wear with dresses or pants suits. My usual size was a full size too big, my foot (heel) clomped right out of the shoes. Returning for different size. Really nice looking shoe.

The day the shoes arrived in the mail, I tried them on. They fit and looked good. I continued to wear them for about an hour walking around the house. Several days later I put them on and wore them for 4 hours while I did house cleaning. My feet did not hurt nor was I fatigued. Because I plan to wear the new shoes to my grandsons wedding I wanted to make sure they were comfortable. Now I know I can dance the night away without hurting feet. Thanks SAS for your great product.

I am 82 and needed a small heeled pump for a wedding. This is a smart looking shoe. I have worn SAS shoes for years. They are the most comfortable shoe and can be put and worn for a 12 hour shift with no problems. SAS is the one company that makes shoes for long narrow feet. Thank you for a great product.

Best thing I was looking for, is that the sole is thick and QUIET, insulating from the ground, and not horseshoe clacky on wood or tile floors and pavement - so for these aspects, the price was worth it to me to get the black and beige. Well constructed and classic professional shoe for all occasions. Comfortable height heel for dresses and pants and insole is removable for custom orthotics.

I have ordered and returned SO many low heeled dress shoes. I was really getting discouraged. Why can't I get high quality construction, leather, and arch support in a dress shoe? And not look frumpy? Well NOW I can!! Loving these! A tad pricey, but worth it!

So comfortable! The upper is long enough that it does not cross my foot right at my bunions. I tried the wide and the medium width of this shoe since wide shoes often slip off my heel. The wide is great with the aforementioned bunions, and the heel is snug enough to stay on my foot. I just ordered another pair in black.

I really wanted some shoes that weren’t mules which I wear for comfort. These shoes look good and feel good. I can wear them with dressier slacks or a skirt. It’s very difficult to find shoes that work for older people’s feet.

An extremely comfortable dress shoe with really nice arch support. Like the square toe because of having a bunion and slight hammer toe on the same foot. It's not easy finding a comfortable fitting shoe these days, but Zappos works with me and finally I can wear the SAS Milano.

I wanted a lower heel shoe to wear with pants or dresses. I have neuropathy from past chemo treatments and my feet suffer as well as myself if I'm not wearing well made shoes. This style has no bling but still looks nice when wore with a dress plus gives my feet and legs the comfort and support I require.

I went down almost a half to full size from my normal shoe (usually 8.5 - 9 W, went with an 8 WW). Shoes are seriously the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. I will definitely order more of this style. I wore them for 11 hours one day and my feet felt absolutely fine at the end of the day. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought these shoes to wear for dressy occasions. Being “older,” I’m not the type to wear very tall heels, but I still like a moderate heel when I dress up. This 1 3/4” heel is very comfortable and easy to wear. It’s very simple styling makes it perfect for dressy occasions with either a dress or slacks. I think that I might order it in other colors. Ordinarily, it’s difficult to find “wide” widths that are stylish. These certainly are!
