Almost plastic feel. Wide for my foot and no support. Returned them.

Fit like a size 13 I ordered a size 15 .. not pleased

I ordered a men's size 11, which I have done many times without any problems. This time, however, this set of boots both claim to be size 11 but the right one is more than an inch shorter than the left one and my toes are pushed up against the end of the boot.

size 14 is small shorter then their other size 14 shoes. then i see its 'final sale' in small print, cant return. total crap

I am Canadian therefore try to be careful about not ordering from the US, for current political reasons. These were too small. To try and send these back for return was a nightmare. Not free returns. I did get my money back but took about a month

My purchase is defective I've tried to email the company and every time I get to the place to put in what is wrong it glitches as takes me out of the email and I need to start over. I've also tried to live chat and sat for over 20 minutes. I bought these for a Christmas present for my son. He wore out his pair from last year. This pair only has the grommets on one side of the lace holes.

They were great if they were bigger.

I loved the look of the boots, but the sizing was way off. They fit much smaller then the size needed, and it was the highest size offered so we were not able to size up.

They appear to be more of a boot, but they're not at all, they're more of a dress shoe Fitment is super small. DONT buy unless you're able to try on. I ordered a half size bigger (because they didn't offer 1/2 sizes) And I can barely get them on and my toes run right to the front of the shoe

Returned. A 15 is sized more like a 13. These shoes run extremely small Return process was really simple

Nice boots but came way too late for Christmas, not true to size and now I will have to pay for shipping to return.

I have many pairs of Hey Dude slip on shoes all great I ordered the boots and was very disappointed that they run a full size too small not very standard in the fit.

This was a gift and arrived with no shoe box and they ran small!

Ended up returning item because you cannot comfortably put on shoe. There is no tab or anything to help pull on the shoe. Size also seemed to run small.

Ridiculously small. Agreed to an exchange and my purchase was refunded without explanation. Poor sizing and customer service.

Not true to size! These are almost a full size too small. I love the look of the Bradley, but I can't wear them. I'm super upset because these were an online order. Please help if you can!

Purchased up a zixe and still to small and narrow. My husband has normal feet and not wide.

Shoes was to small. Took to store at mall a d was told they could not help. Exchange needed to be done on line. Not the best service during the holiday.

They are lightweight but offer no arch support. Comfortable to wear around the house but not for a full day on your feet. They are cheap and made cheap and don't last long. I would never buy them again.

Too small very tight in the heel especially. Went 1 size up and still too small

I ordered as a Christmas gift for my husband. He tried them on and realized they are too narrow and couldn't get his foot in. The day after Christmas I went to start the return process and the window was closed on 12/25. When you run specials for Christmas shopping give people time to give the gift and make a return if needed. Very disappointed.
