Very comfortable. Came with a glue on the side and I can't get it out but it's fine.

I needed something for the gym I could use for Zumba, strength or other class and also for weight lifting. These are perfect. Plenty of toe box room, true to size, flat on the bottom which keeps my feet grounded. No more rolling forward like I did in running shoes. Love these!

I bought these form my Cross Fit Logevity class. The shoes have made a difference in several of my work out routines especially squats. The firmer sole is a game changer for me.

These shoes have the toe width that I need. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I primarily use these to lift in. I originally tried the Nanos 2, but they heel rubbed against my heel giving me blisters. It seems they fixed the issue and I don't have that problem at all! I do recommend sizing down half a size. #sweepstakes
