Love these boots. Everyday wear until I broke my wrist and tieing laces became impossible.

The design on these Docs is awesome and quite an eye catcher. They fit the same as my other boots and are very comfortable.

My second pair of docs! They are great, fit true to size, comfortable to wear even though the insoles are flat (I have flat feet though). I bought the sea blue ones and the colour is the best! It's a really cool teal that fades to black at the toe. The leather is soft and comfortable right out of the box. I look forward to wearing these for a long time!

Still my favorite stompy boots! I did put my own insoles in for arch support, which there was plenty of room for and their insoles are removable, yay. These seem like the same Docs as last time I bought them, so I have to disagree with some of the other reviewers on that.

Best looking color on the 1460s. Great boots.

The Dr. Martens 1460 is exactly what it is. These are the most comfortable boots, and I wear them daily. The only downside is the break in period. I recommend breaking them in slowly. I work 12 hour shifts in the medical field, and so I wait until I've worn them several times prior to wearing them to work. Take care of them and they will last a very long time. I have owned about 20 pairs of these, and I do recommend buying them here at zappos, mainly because of their customer service. Any time I've had a problem or a question, they are available immediately. Dr. Martens run a little big. advise would be try them on in a store first.

I purchased these for my husband because although he is 41, he wants his feet to look like they're still 17. He loves them but agrees with other reviews that the quality isn't the same as they once were when they were manufactured in the UK. He still rates them a "5" though

Great boot. Feels great, wears great. And great delivery, fast. I wear a size 8.5 vans shoe and the Doc size 9 fits good, while leaving just a bit of room for a bigger sock or an insert. Also I got the grenade green, they looked to me to be more brown on the site but they are indeed a darkish green.

Bought these for my husband, he loves them! I have 4 pair of Docs myself, love them all.

Excellent comfort for someone who otherwise wears only orthopedic sneakers. Heavy, but that's to be expected. Styles like an oxford under jeans.

Another Amazing Zappos experience. I cant say enough about the customer service. While trying to purchase thes, the LAST pair in our needed size, my card wouldnt work> I attempted 2 diff cards. Neither working. I was sure it was an issue with zappos. Called and spoke with the most amazing CS guy. Worried that we wouldnt get the card deal fixed in time, he just sent the shoes! Shoes fit fantastically, soft, hardly a need to break in. Ive worn them many times since receiving. Great quality, as all Dr Martens are. Sizing is True.

Great boots! I had a pair back in the 90's that I wore for 2.5 years straight and decided to try my luck with them now. I cannot tell a difference in quality if there is one. As for fit, I ordered the US size 9 and they are great (I wear an 8.5 Extra wide). Break-in was easier than I thought based on some other reviews and is nothing more than to be expected from real leather boots. I've already worn them for a week and a half - every day and I've gotten more complements on them than I ever got with my other boots! Insoles are a bit thin/lack arch support, but they are not 'uncomfortable' - just added a little bit more padding and I'm all set.

I have been wearing Docs for years! I just bought another pair. But that is after I about four years of wearing my last pair. Docs have always lasted a long for me. I wear them all the time.

Love Dr. Martens. Great boots that last for years. Comfortable and great looking. As always, Zappos makes buying shoes as painless as possible. Great shipping from and to, if for some reason you're not happy.

The size is true to spec. I am a US size 10 and based on prior reviews to buy a size down as it comes oversized, I did. But I had to exchange it as it was now too small.

AWESOME Customer Service! I had to exchange for a different size and my boots were out of stock. Zappos let me know when they got them back in and sent me my new pair before they even got the originals back! Everyone I spoke with there were very personable and bent over backwards trying to help me.
