I received a pair of Smartwool socks as a gift a few years ago. Since then, I literally converted all of my socks to Smartwool socks. Ankle socks for workouts, hiking socks for outdoor walks, and knee high ski socks. They keep my feet a constant temperature, durable/long lasting, and I love the fresh colors/designs they come out with every year.

Living in the mountains, I ski in these all season. When I stop for apres after spring skiing, I can take my feet out of my ski boots and not be worried that I'll smell at a restaurant! I love the cute patterns, and they keep my feet warm and dry in all types of weather. Even when I get snow in my boots and they get wet, my feet stay warm because wool keeps your feet warm, even when wet! I love that they aren't like other sock brands that squish my feet - they stretch side to side so my toes don't get crumpled and painful like other brands. I also race in these socks to protect my legs when I run through brush. They're super durable and I have worn them for days at a time. My feet and legs stay warm, even when I run through creeks. They dry fast and keep my feet warm even when wet. I even wear these in the summer on hikes at high altitude - they protect from the sun and keep my legs warm when it's cold in the mountains.

Great product! I exclusively use smartwool socks when skiing. These socks do not slouch, slide or cause issues while in the boot. I would recommend getting the thicker ones for very cold weather skiing.

These socks wash (cold) well and hang to dry. I love Smartwool socks.

I bought these for my mom. She absolutely loves the ski socks and the fact they go up over the calves. This is her winter go to sock no matter where she is, if inside or out at a bonfire or walking around her feet stay toasty. We had to add one light colored pair for when she goes out just glad the design is up high enough it doesnt peek out of her pants. She absolutely loves these socks.
