Good and warm.

I bought these to replace my first pair of smart wools I had for 10 years before finally wearing a small hole in one side. They are still comfortable, and besides not being as soft and losing some cushion after all the use they are as good as the day I bought them. My feet tend to sweat quite a bit no matter the season these socks are very breathable. I also like a good cushion sock to wear with my boots for comfort and these can be worn year round. I recommend over the calf if you wear taller boots the crew is good for short hiking boots or shoes. Grat work sock if you are on your feet all day as is what I mainly used for. Cannot recommend enough. Excellent USA made product well worth the investment!

I love these ones for winter, in the field or just cold days in the office. My feet don't get sweaty, but they stay warm, and the socks don't squish down my legs.

The warmest comfiest socks that I own. Love them for camping and being cozy at home.

I've been a loyal fan of foxriver and wigwam socks for over 40 years. My daughter sent me a beanie and gloves for my birthday this year from Smart wool. My first purchase were the hike and hunt classic crew socks. Merino wool is a game changer, Smart wools hunt and hike classics are my new go to socks.

I use these hiking socks every day when the weather gets cooler. I wear them for gardening, running errands and walking. They are comfortable enough to wear around the house just watching t.v. or whatever. I have worn Smartwool socks for years. They hold up pretty well, too. I have purchased them as gifts for friends, both men and women. No complaints!

Husband works refractory in a hot plant, 1800 degree minimum. These socks save his feet from burns all day! The soles of his boots get so hot. I 100% recommend them to anyone working factory!

I first discovered Smartwool back around 2012. I was working in a concrete basement of an old church. My feet were freezing, so I went to a local hunting store and found these wonderfully warm socks. Since then, Smartwool socks are the only thing I wear, summer or winter, you will find Smartwool on my feet.

Love these! I am quite short so these are a little higher than I would have liked but they have been great for the cold weather hiking days for a little more leg warmth.
