Love the socks - use them for everyday use in the winter and hiking and running all year!!

It is a thin sock with some cushion in all the right places. Keeps my feet cool with cushion where I like it.

Have been hiking and running in these in hot Southern California weather, and absolutely love the way they support and pad the right parts of my foot on 5-8 mile runs / hikes. Wish I had several pairs!

I am a true to size men's 9/9.5, and ended up purchasing the medium size, which still fits my foot well. Love the supportive stitching pattern, the amount of padding feels great for trail and road running in the hot Southern California weather. Have only been using for a few weeks now but really enjoying so far!

Great targeted cushion on toes and heals. KKeep feet dry even in 95 deg weather and high humidity.

I've been using these for running for the past few weeks and they feel fantastic. Socks fit extremely well, and be material provides good support without creating a lot of friction (no blisters!).

Use for running and want to get some more for everyday use. COmfy and breathable, does a great job controlling moisture.

I love Smartwool. I got these as a replacement because another pair which of the same model (well loved) ripped right before two years. These are the same model and they are perfect for winter runs. Just the right amount of cushion. I've got a lot of premium socks and these are ones I always reach for if they are clean.

These are really comfortable. I usually get the run ankle socks with targeted cushion and am finding I'm a little more sensitive to the cold this winter. These are just as comfortable as the ankle socks but keep my ankles and calves warm without being too tight around my calves.

I have been wearing Smartwool socks for over 30 years and have no intention of changing that anytime soon. I wear the mid crew socks for running, of course, but also for an everyday sock. They are comfortable and seem to never wear out!
