My shoe size is 12 Wide so I ordered the XL size rated for 12+ sized feet. They are snug and very comfortable. I'd be concerned if my feet were 13-14 which is also in the XL size slot. I'm replacing some Merino Bombas Socks. My initial order of Bombas socks were very comfortable so I ordered more, but they quickly wore out - concerned with their quality. I'm hoping that switching to Smartwool will provide longer life. Initially, they are very comfortable.

I was pleased with these socks. I like the design and the fact they are mostly wool. They are not scratchy at all and quite warm.

Weather was getting colder and my sock selection was getting a bit sad so bought these, wore them once, and then immediately bought four more. SO soft, with great extra-thick soles and toe/heel caps, and they look fantastic with trousers. treat yourself, you won't regret it.

Great product. Exactly what I expected when I ordered. I've had other wool socks that wore thin, but I believe these will last much longer.

Love these socks! Look great with casual shoes and desert boots, and also throw them into the mix with my running gear. Comfortable and my feet don't get sweaty in them. These crews are excellent at retaining their shape.

I will use these all summer! Love the colors. I am 76years old and athletic shoes are the safest for me. Smartwool is now the only sock I will wear. Comfortable and fits into my wardrobe. I'm convinced that they wear the best and I love the available colors and designs. They jazz up my limited wardrobe!!!

My favourite smartwool socks! I have thicker ankles and these are comfy, not too tight, without slipping down around the heel or anything. I wear one of my many pairs almost every day.

These socks are so soft and comfortable! My sister bought me a pair of medium Smartwool socks for Christmas and they were just a little snug on my toes. I bought these in a large and my feet have so much space! The material is such a high quality and I appreciate the feel of the light cushion under my feet without taking up space in the rest of my shoes. I also really love the color scheme.

Love these! I'm on my feet all day in an open air produce market. It get so cold! These socks are just right, with a good amount of cushion. Now my toes are toasty!

My husband buys me these socks every year at Christmas. I love them, not only do they look sharp but they are comfortable and they get the job done. Me feet do not sweat in these socks nor do they smell and that's saying something. I use them as stocking stuffers; good for the boyfriends of my daughters as well. We believe in them you should too!

Okay this is gross but they're so comfortable I have to make sure I wash them frequently, cuz I just want to wear them everyday. So warm, so comfortable.
