As I get older, I get colder. Keeping my feet and legs warm keeps me warm all over. I highly recommend these. Wool is vastly superior to cotton to keeping you warm.

I love these warm soft socks. I got extra large so they would be extra high to keep legs warm. No problems at all. Four stars! But this form won't let me select stars?!?

I bought a pair of these knee-high socks years ago and have been waiting patiently for Smartwool to bring them back. I'm very tall with long legs and the above the calf socks are not long enough to reach my knees, but these socks reach all the way, and then some. So cute with boots!

These are my new favourite socks! Love the weight for everything in winter. Love that they are a true small. Would love more colours

Very comfy socks...cushy on my feet without too much bulk. Very warm for chilly winter days and they stay up! I wish they came in more colors :)

Have had issues with the constriction of performance over-the-calf stocks for daily wear. These have become an excellent daily-wear sock. We go in and out of the house throughout the day with boots on to manage livestock, they stay up while wearing boots and protect from chafing while being comfortable enough for all-day wear.

This is my second time purchasing these knee socks. I bought a pair last winter (along with socks from different companies). These are the only socks that held up extremely well, through frequent wearings and repeat washings/dryings. Putting them on when Fall arrives is liking greeting an old friend. Not only do they hold their shape over time, they don't sag or pill and feel cozy and warm all day. Love them!

I have issues with my feet, and the socks provide great cushioning and warmth. I have placed a second order.

I've been hoping SMARTWOOL would have a lengthy black knee sock and am thrilled they have one. My previous ones (bought years ago) finally wore out and I'm so happy to have these!

Very warm and comfortable for both during the day and in the evening. I bought both lower cut and high cut socks.

Good quality, like the padding its not too thick. Stay up and are perfect for wearing with boots

These socks are wonderful! They are warming without being scratchy.

I will probably use this product for everyday wear during 3 seasons. I ordered 2 pair but one was damaged by packaging glue. I have to send it back. I love the pair I'm keeping! I would buy this product again.

Wear with boots in Montana and my feet were toasty. Your body heat is controlled by your hands and feet.
