This was a gift for the girls in my family. They all seem pleased to receive. Very cozy to curl up with a book on a cold night. My granddaughter just texted best socks ever!!

These gripper socks are a dream, especially if you are tired of smelly damp socks and slippers when the two are worn together. Incredibly soft, cushiony, and comfy, I will never go back to slippers. We are a shoes off household, so the added benefit is that I feel like I am barefoot. And the breathable wool means your feet stay warm without getting hot and sweaty. The bottoms grip well with no slipping on wood floors. Please restock size Medium, because I want to buy for my family!

My girlfriend didn't have any warm socks so I bought these and a few others. Each one is amazing. The cushion is so comfy, very warm and soft. I've had multiple pairs for 10+ years and they are still going strong where my other "merino wool" socks have ripped and thinned. These are super cozy, probably perfect in a carpeted house. Still not warm enough on my hardwood/tile floor and probably too thick for your regular shoes. Still love them though.

I use the slipper socks when I'm home and don't want to wear actual slippers. They keep my feet pretty warm for socks, and I love the cushioning. The coloring is nice too.

I just use these socks as indoor slippers for at home, so I can't speak to outdoor wear, but they are SO SOFT and comfortable! I'm Autistic and one of the things I cannot handle is uncomfortable socks - these make me so happy that I kinda scrunch my feet up over and over again just to feel the softness with my toes. 12/10 would recommend! I live in Michigan, so these socks are amazing when it's negatives and the wind is blowing outside.

Very comfortable and cozy. Hybrid between house slippers and socks. Keeps my feet warm and no worries about slipping and falling thanks to the gripping material on the sole. This is the 3rd pair I've purchased. I highly recommend.

These are nice for wearing around the house. Grippers on the bottom prevent slipping. Very thick. True to size, maybe a little on the big side. I'm a women 9.5 and got a mediums

I love these socks for my cold floors. They're cozy and warm even for people with cold feet. I have washed and dried them many times, and they come out great every time.

I put on these socks most evenings and wear them to bed. My feet get cold even in summer and the socks keep them warm but not too hot. Also, I have neuropathy in my feet, so the extra cushion in the soles and the non-binding tops are really appreciated. My only caveat is about Smart Wool's standard sizing: my size 6-1/2 feet mean that Small is too tight, yet Medium is too big in the toe box. I chose Medium for these socks because I only wear them around the house and comfort was my primary concern. If these socks came in other colors I would order another pair or two.

Hoping these will work for Reynaud's in Alaska! LOVE the soft thickness and no-slip grips. Not quite as warm as prior super-thick. Will get more.

These make good "bed socks". Comfortable and cozy. Will use them mainly in our small travel trailer. However, they are not so great for walking around the house - they don't stay on too well and a smaller size would be too tight.

The toe seam on these socks is incredibly uncomfortable and scratchy. The material is also not as soft as I was expecting. Overall, I was very disappointed in these slipper socks - will be returning.

I ordered two pair. One pair was nice. The other pair had the packaging label stuck to one of the socks with an inch of sticky glue. Using a hair dryer and more time than I planned to spend on it, I removed 80% of the glue. The sock is useable but shouldn't have a clump of glue stuck in it. I can't remove the rest without putting a hole in the sock.

I saw these last year and waited for them to go on sale. I loved the blue, pink & light-gray color scheme. The actual color was the first big let down. In the picture, the pink & blue pop & look bright next to the light base color of the slipper. In reality, the base color is a darker gray and the slipper looks dingy & dull. They aren't warm. They feel like a looser, airy knit than Smartwool socks. My feet are icy-cold as I wear them & type this review. I'll probably wear them over socks or with other slippers. Supposedly they're maximum cushion but they feel less cushiony than other Smartwool socks with the same feature. They're 70% wool but they don't feel like wool; they feel more like nylon. That could be the lining of the sock. The sock is lined with some looping material. I'm super bummed out with this purchase. The color difference really bums me out. See attached picture. Anyhow, I don't recommend these.
