I have returned this item. It was sent back to you with an explanation of its inferior stitching and assembly. I own three other pair (1 Mach 6 and 2 Clifton 9s) all the same size 10.5D and they all fit perfectly. After a few days of wearing the shoe and having my feet suffering it was apparent something was wrong with it. My letter in the return box asks for either a full refund or exchange for a Clifton 9 size 10.5D or Mach 6 size 10.5 2E. I prefer an exchange.

They are very comfortable when trying on but when running it kills your Achilles/Ligaments/Tendons. Running shoes are getting to caught up in softness of soles. Your brain cant differentiate the steps and instead of putting pressure on the bottom of your foot it goes straight to your Achilles Tendons and Ligaments/calfs. Dont be dooped these shoes suck when running and are to soft.

I am on my second defected pair . I wore the first pair less than 10 times and the sole started coming off. I was outside the return window, and only eligible for a site credit. The shoes are extremely comfortable, so I got the exact shoe. The sole on the second pair started coming off in the exact same spot. I may have worn them 5 times It is obviously a manufacturer defect. Hoka will not refund my money, only a site credit. Hopefully, I can find a pair that are comfortable and do not fall apart.
Disappointed,

Ridiculously light weight but generously uncomfortable
I ordered the shoe online, I put it on in my living room, and there are a number of other shoes in the market that are much more comfortable. I returned to them. I was extremely disappointed that I got charged for return shipping, just to try out their product.

Hurts my ankles after only one mile. Zero arch support. This shoe came recommended by a friend, but it was a waste of money in my opinion.

Design is look disaster. I don't feel comfortable to wear. It's look like so tight even when I order a larger size than my size.

I bought these shoes in July. Wore it for two weeks mainly to run (8 times specifically, 3 miles each time). I never noticed the break until I got back from my Europe trip (I never took these shoes with me in Europe). It's still obviously in pristine condition because I never wore it outside gym environment. There's a small gap starting to show after wearing it 8 times to run only 3 miles each occasion. It's disappointing the fact that it's my first Hoka shoes and might be the last.

I bought Mach 6 and Arahi 7. The Mach 6 feels like more of a runner's shoe, while the Arahi 7 feels more casual, like for walking. I'm not a runner, but I wanted good shoes for jumping rope, general gym workouts and walking.
I bought both shoes in a 13 because the sizing chart was the same but these shoes so not fit the same at all. The Mach six is tight above the toes AND front to back. Feels like I would've needed a 14 which I've never bought in any shoe. It is very lightweight and the cushion is nice but the fit is too small. Buy a size up unless you really like a tight fit. After only one gym workout, I'm going to try to return or refund.
Really like the Arahi 7 though!

I own 3 different HOKA 11.5 medium width. This shoe was so narrow I could barely get my foot in. Definitely not the model for me

I have 9 Hoka shoes and really enjoy all of them. This model was very tight across the forefoot and felt like I was walking on concrete

Shoes were very narrow in the toe box to the point that my toes would go numb and I have narrow feet. There is a difference between having cushioned soles and soles that are so soft that they become unstable. These are unstable. I returned them and will look at other brands.

Had for about 3 months, Tread began to delaminate after about 10 wears. Sent to Hoka and they refused to repair/replace. So be careful. HOKA charges as lot and makes big promises about how they stand behind their products, but when you have an issue they won't stand behind their product. Very disappointing.

I have owned Hoka for yrs and these are the 1st pair that are too narrow for my feet to not have pain! Not sure what is different. Size should be the same.

Hoka has always been very inconsistent with sizing across models. But now they've outdone themselves. They are now inconsistent between two different pairs within the SAME model. I bought a pair of Mach 6 last year in the size 7.5 and everything was fine. I bought a new pair in the same size that arrived yesterday. Right off the bat I thought they looked small but thought nothing of it. I put them on today to go for a walk: they are WAY too short and it's agony for my toes. It feels like I went at least one size down but the tag still says 7.5 US size. HOW did they manage to mess up the sizing WITHIN the same model??? Did they hear about quality control? I am furious because this is money that I 100% wasted. I will never buy Hokas again and will switch brands. Comfort is nice, but size consistency is more important, Hoka is still an immature brand.

I absolutely love Hoka shoes. However, I am disappointed in the Mach 6. I have multiple pairs of the Mach 5 and have ran thousands of miles in them. However, I recently bought the Mach 6 and have ran twice in them. My feet hurt terribly after! Please bring back the Mach 5! The 6 seems to spongy!

The black on black color is more of a black and gray, not a dark black at all as the photo would lead you to believe. These also look and feel pretty cheap. Came with creases in the rubber and you can see the glue between the lines where the fabric and rubber meet. Not at all what I was expected from this brand and at this price point. Also, I wear 12.5 in other running shoe brands but in this shoe that is far too narrow. Very disappointed.

This shoe seemed promising until I noticed that the blue outer part of the sole started coming off. Seems like the adhesive failed here. I have had these for only 3 weeks, so they shouldnt be falling apart already.
