The shoes are larger than I expected. Please exchange for one size smaller.

My first pair of vionics and not to be my last. The medium are too wide on my somewhat narrow foot, so when I saw these in a narrow I had to try them. A perfect fit for my low volume feet. The only odd thing is they came in plastic with no shoe box. There were two insoles in each shoe, so when I initially tried them on I thought the toe box too cramped. Then I pulled out an insole out and realized what was going on. No idea if that’s the norm, but after my exhaustive search for a pair of arch supporting ballet flats, I’m keeping them. I can generally wear an 8 1/2 M or 9 N in closed toe shoes. I bought these in a 9 N.

I LOVE VIONIC but didn’t love the piping around the edge of this shoe.

Unfortunately my heels slipped out right from the beginning, so I knew it was only going to get worse.

I wish Zappos had these in the many other colors they come in - I settled for black but would have liked something more colorful. My feet are a 7.5 and an 8 (yes, 2 different sizes) and in Vionics I normally take a 7.5, but I had to go down to a 7 for these. I bought the 7 N, and it's still a tad wide for my narrow feet, but the insoles they came with help them fit better. I'd say the arch support is more than moderate but less than "excellent." Moderate.5? Maybe Zappos needs a "good" rating for arch support. I wish Vionic made more narrow styles. I'm happy with these for now - good for when I need to wear flats for work and events.

My only problem with this shoe was that it showed too much "toe cleavage". I don't like that look.

The leather is soft. The arch is good. I think it would be a comfortable shoe. I guessed at size and bought too large. Did not exchange because I don't like shoes that show a lot of "toe cleavage".

Soft leather. Nice shoe but my feet are not pretty so you could see through them. Had to return.

Beautiful shoes, just run very small so I had to return.

While I was excited to find a new narrow solution and these initially appeared to fit, their just isn't enough support for my fallen arches. And the back of the shoe was cutting into my heels.

This was disappointing. The material the flat was made out of was not sturdy and the left she toe did not stay in shape when you put your foot it. A huge diagonal crease and buckle of material appeared on your foot. The right shoe was okay. Maybe the shoe was defective. I was really sad because the narrow flats from Vionic are usually perfect, & I wanted a new look to update the wardrobe. Had to return this pair.

These shoes look lovely. However, they started to fall apart quickly. For the price, I expect better quality shoes.

Please make more 10 1/2 shoes

If these issues were available in a size 10 1/2 I might have loved them.
