Something was rattling around inside the heel on one of the shoes. Yes, INside the heel. It's as if something broke off during manufacturing... disappointed because otherwise, they are cute.

I really like these shoes. Cute and comfortable. However, there was something wrong with the right shoe strap and it weirdly kept falling off no matter how I tightened it. The left one was fine so I'm not sure what was causing the defect.

The shoes are very comfortable, but I can't walk in them as the strap doesn't stay put at all. I bought these on sale, so I can't return them. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.
