I returned item because shoe was uncomfortable and did not arrive when it was supposed to

Shoe is pretty but not comfortable and my heel slips a bit. I'm returning.

The fit and size was fine, but the footbed was extremely uncomfortable. I could not wear these for even a minute.

Absolutely gorgeous shoe but a very uncomfortable fit. The toe area is very narrow and tight and really pinched my feet. I would love to try a half size up from my regular size but worry the back strap might keep popping off. Definitely runs narrow and I knew from the second I put them on that within minutes my feet would be screaming if I wore these for any duration. I am usually an 8.5 medium width.

Have ordered and kept, one in tan and one in warm white. Both fit well. Black version didn’t fit well or look as good. Returned them.

Even though they're cute shoes, they didn't work for me. The length was perfect but my front toe was pressed against the shoe so it was uncomfortable to wear. Needed to return.

I really wanted these shoes to work! Even the wide was too narrow for my foot… and with a bunion on my right foot, forget it. I wish shoe manufacturers would realize that wide often means the entire foot, not just the toe. The arch of my foot completely hung off the side of this shoe. Returned. With sadness.

These shoes were cute but had no arch support. I felt like I would not be able to keep them on.

Correct length. Width was rather snug. The cut of the shoe is not comfortable as the low side digs into a bunion I have. It's the particular cut of this shoe that doesn't work for me. Usually Naturalizer shoes fit well but not this style.

The length was correct but a bit snug in the width and the low cut on one side of the shoe was uncomfortable. The edge cut into a bunion on my right foot. The look of the shoe, the color of the leather, was as it appeared on line.

Feels somewhat snug. The real problem with this style is that it cuts into a bunion I have on my right foot. Style doesn't suit me comfort wise.

They hurt my feet, but that's my feet. I have no arch. They look great on, wish I could wear them.

The inside of one heel came disconnected after only three wears (around a normal, carpeted office), so now it makes a popping sound with every step I take. It's probably fixable if I bring it to a cobbler and have them remove the end cap of the heel and re-glue it, but really frustrating to have to deal with this in a nearly brand-new shoe. Otherwise, the shoe is just ok. I appreciate that these come in a wide width and the back strap is adjustable, but it isn't very comfortable, and the stitching near the toe irritated my skin a bit. It may not even be worth it to me to get the heel fixed.

I ordered these shoes in BLACK LEATHER. What I received were these shoes in BLACK MICROFIBER.

These were cut too low as I have a bump in my big toe.

Cute shoes but too long. Width fit nicely. Elastic on heel strap gave too much when I was walking plus too much heel space behind heel when straps tightened as tight as they would go. Felt uncomfortable. Returning shoes.

Did not like the fit

Something was rattling around inside the heel on one of the shoes. Yes, INside the heel. It's as if something broke off during manufacturing... disappointed because otherwise, they are cute.

These felt rock hard to me!! Gotta go! Fit and style were ok, but uncomfortable in the extreme!!

I really like these shoes. Cute and comfortable. However, there was something wrong with the right shoe strap and it weirdly kept falling off no matter how I tightened it. The left one was fine so I'm not sure what was causing the defect.
