Fit true to size. Moderate arch support. Soft learther. Beautiful design. Unfortunately, front part (strap) felt uncomfortable (perhaps just not the right shape to feet my foot shape). Have to return.

Got the wide width...not that wide.
Not so narrow I can't walk in them, and I'm hoping they will stretch out overtime.

I am so torn. I loved these heels. I have arthritis in my toes and so wearing heels has become almost impossible. I bought these as a reward for getting a new job in the hopes that I could wear them while seated at least. But they were so comfortable, I could walk with ease!
The reason I have to give 3 stars is because they broke. The ankle strap snapped on my second time wearing them. I will have to get them repaired if I can, but it's disappointing when you consider the price. :(

The sizing is off. I've worn a size 11 for years, and that's what I bought. The pair I received was marked 11 but fit like a size 12 or maybe a 13. The size 10 fit like a size 10 or smaller.

I received the green one today in hopes of keeping it. But one of the heels feels uneven so I have to return these. The right side feels straight but the left heel feels uneven when I stand I feel imbalanced. I don't think it would change overtime so I have to return it.

The leather and stretch fastener on these shoes were all dried out, stretched and about to break. I am so glad I didn't walk out the door with these. They would have broke.

These shoes arrived in a plain box, the paper was crumpled, the inserts weren’t even in the shoes. Clearly someone’s return. No acceptable.
