Teva, honestly I've always loved your products but it feels like you've sent shoes to every influencer in town lately and they promote a product with no knowledge, only out for that Freebie. For one, these shoes run Huge. I'm 6",1 always wear a size eleven and they literally fall off my feet in size 11 and size 10's. The 9's which exchanged the 11's for, fit snug, but my back heel was hanging out. So you're telling me you've built a shoe that is either slipping from your feet, or your buying a size to small to keep them on. I'll give the construction a quality comment because I'm not mad at the fabric. Just the fit, and everyone selling these with absolutely no direction about marketing from the company itself. Give these influencers Details about the products that actually matter rather than them walking through some outdoor scene which has been totally fabricated! If you need any help, please call anytime.

about the only negative thing I might say is, if sitting for hours, you might wear socks with them because your feet might sweat a little on the foot pad that feels great, but it's constructed of some kind of rubber or plastic hybrid. these slippers Look to be pretty well built also. Way better than uggs.

Shoes are super comfy and warm but the upper material both shoes started to crack on the baffled material. I contacted support via chat and sent over a picture of the issue. They said it looks like it would be covered. I sent the shoes in well before the warranty period ended and was denied a claim. First they said it was out of the warranty period. Then it was escalated to a manager who it was normal wear and tear. They offered 10% off a new pair. No thanks I'll stick with brands who back their products.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He's only had them for two months and loves them so much he asked for another pair!

Comfort and convenience!!! True to size

I knew I was going to love this shoe since my husband has a pair and I have the mids that are no longer available. The sole is incredibly comfortable. Make sure you use the gender neutral sizing chart to figure out your size; I had to return the initial pair I bought using the Women's sizing chart. I don't know why they market them as different gendered shoes.

So comfortable, i wear them for 8 Hours straight and am on my feet all day and I love them!
