I have purchased Teva's for years. The sandles have lasted me years and I only wear them. Last year I bought ReEmber Terrains and loved them. I saw on Black Friday that the ReEmber Terrain Mid's so I thought I would give them a try with the price! I can tell I would really like them but they seem too small. I wanted to size up to a 9. When I went to exchange them online not even 2 days after getting them, they told me I could not. On Teva's website, it says you can exchange for a different size and color. However, when I tried to do this, they said I could not. Instead, I would need to return them and buy the new pair for the full price. Given the fact that I have always bought Teva, I was super disapointed with this. I can clearly see the shoe in a different color that is available. Before I stated they were on sale, they said I could go online and purchase a new pair and they would refund the old. Right when I said they were on sale, they said they were out of inventory. Now, I will just need to return them but there is no option to get a credit for the sale price or to exchange because inventory is out. I won't be purchasing from this company any longer if they cannot exchange for a different size right after I bought them and stay true to their policies.

The opening for your foot is way too narrow. It took a lot of effort to get my foot in the opening then once it it was too narrow. If this shoe had a larger opening and came in a wide with it would have been great.

What would have been a simple size exchange with any other company turned into Teva denying my exchange unless I wanted to lose out on the sale and pay full price.

I've worn these walking my dog probably 10 times. The heal is already torn and falling apart. They fit well and stay warm but the quality sure isn't worth the price. Huge bummer since the low top version seemed to work great when I bought them a few years ago.

I am 49 years old and have worn a size 12 in every shoe that have been on my feet for almost 35 years. Order 12 for TEVA. Wait they say size down? Still ordered 12. It was mission impossible actually getting the mid boot on and my toes are pushing the front. I'm determined to wear them like a challenge. I'm now on my 4th night of wearing around the house and im thinking of cutting the toes out and try to figure out how to make the opening bigger also. They are so off on the size you can just look at them and see they don't fit. My wife wears a 7 to 7 1/2 women's and I'm not saying they fit her but the shoes look more natural on her. Don't waste your time with customer service. There to busy giving you the 101 steps to properly get your foot into what's supposed to be a casual shoe. Admit the shoe is sized wrong. If the sizing ratio is like this there is no way someone ordered correctly and be happy w fit. Is mass recall of shoes a thing?

Unfortunately, I have to strongly recommend against buying these shoes. I wore them only a handful of times for light strolls and they are already falling apart. The canvas-looking wrap around the base of the shoes is tearing on the outside of both heels, creating an increasingly large gap between the heel and the rest of the shoe. This is not just cosmetic wear- this is affecting the integrity of the shoe. I flagged this to Teva's support team as a warranty case. But after two separate people reviewed the wear, they did not approve the shoes to be sent in as they consider this "normal wear and tear." Really disappointing that Teva thinks it's acceptable to have shoes fall apart this quickly.

The backs are super rigid which makes them almost impossible to put on and uncomfortable once they are on. One of the great things about versions of these made in the past is the ability to fold down the back and wear them like easy slip ons. Also impossible with these. These are a big step in the wrong direction IMO
