Although Brooks left a lot to be desired with the Ghost 16 (which I had to return) they hit a home run with the Ghost Max 2. These truly elevated my running performance and will be my preferred Brooks model going forward. Don't make changes, just keep producing this model forever.

If you're looking for an everyday waking shoe or a shoe for Disney, this is 100% it!

I absolutely love my new Brooks shoes! The comfort is unrealwhether I'm jogging or hitting the gym, they feel like they're made for my feet. The cushioning (I'm guessing it's that DNA LOFT stuff!) makes every step feel smooth and supported, especially on longer runs. The fit is spot-on, and I appreciate how lightweight they are without sacrificing durability. The design is sleek tooI've gotten compliments on the style! One small suggestion: maybe offer even more bold color options for those of us who like to stand out. Keep up the amazing work!"

I just recently purchased the Brooks Ghost Max 2 and can tell you, that these are super comfortable shoes. I work in a casino as a beverage server and need an all-black shoe, but being a size 13 wide, it's not very easy to find something in all-black that'll work and is comfortable, so often times I have to get what I can find and they're not always the most comfortable. A coworker of mine has the original Ghost Max and she said that they were really comfortable. I found some at Dick's, but they only had them in a 13 2E, they felt like they would be good, so with that to go upon, I went on the Brooks website and saw they had some in 4E but not many in stock. I got them a few weeks ago and they are indeed super comfortable, I was wondering though, if you would ever consider making these in a 6E, as I feel that would add just a little more wiggle room in the toe box area, otherwise the rest fits perfect and is a totally awesome shoe. I highly recommend these for anyone who works on their feet all day, and if you work in a place that doesn't require all-black, the other colors will look great too.

Honestly the best pair of sneakers I have ever had. They are so comfortable. I chose the mens sneaker and color because Jeremy Renner had them. I hope Brooks stays true to making quality sneakers that are affordable.

Excellent shoe! As I just passed 60 years old, I needed more support and cushioning. This shoe is also very wide (the sole). I like the lower midsole drop (great on my knees). The only caveat is the Max 2 doesn't offer water-proof option.

Great shoes for work and walking. I bought a pair for work 11 2E because my feet were killing me and these were recommend by the internet. My pain went away and I wear them all the time. Great shoes!

These shoes are great! They assist with transitioning into swing through phase of gait, they are very comfortable, stylish, and they even add a little extra height due to the thick soles.

Very happy with the fit and feel. Excellent support . Just what I needed.

New favorite shoe for working in the hospital (standing/walking). Also have the Hoka Bondi and Cloudmonsters, which are also great, but the Ghost Max are my new fave. I feel like these have the best balance of comfort and stability.

I have tried many shoes to make my very flat, wide feet happy and finally gave these a trymy feet are much better feeling after a walk now. Really give great cushion and in 4E room for feet to spread out!

I loved this shoe if I was a runner, but I'm 81 years old and just a walker. My normal route is uphill and then downhill. On the downhill slope the aggressive forward motion was tilting me forward causing the sensation of pitching forward. Again, I ran a little and really loved it for that. Just not for an old walker. I've since order a different pair.

I have fallen arches and saw these shoes under the heading of flat feet which seemed to be a new category. I love these shoes, and they are so comfortable. They make walking and doing things pleasurable again.

This shoe was recommended by my podiatrist and it feels wonderful.

I haven't worn them yet, but purchased them as a backup for my Ghost Max. I suffered from terrible foot pain on the tops of my feet and osteoarthritis in my feet to the point of barely being able to walk. A foot doctor recommended I go to a running store and be fitted with shoes. I ended up with the extra wide Ghost Max. It not only are my feet nearly pain-free, I've started mall walking and while my feet are a little sore, the extreme pain has not returned. Now the weather is getting warm and it has me wishing I could find a Ghost Max with a lightweight/breathable upper or even better, a sandal. This shoe truly has been a Godsend.

I just walk so I can't report on running, but there's lots of room in the toe box and the extra cushion on the bottom is very cozy!
