They are very comfortable because I need the 2E width in which few of your shoes are available. I like them all black but don't like the price of $150+. I walk 3 miles daily and would like a buy 1 and get 2 sale. Thanks.

The cushioning is exactly what my cranky knee needed to help it recover well and now I don't want to stop running in these as they are very comfortable for daily runs.

Every Brooks shoe I've tried has been very true-to-size, but the Ghost Max 2 ran a little small; I should have gone a half-size up as it felt a little more narrow in the toe than I'm usually accustomed to from Brooks. The trade-off was that this shoe feels remarkably stable, especially compared to other shoes that favor the rocker shape sole. Somehow, there was a good balance of rocker-shaped runner and comfortable, stable walking shoe. I wouldn't pick up a pair of these to use strictly as a trainer, but this is a great option if you're going directly from work to the gym, or if you find yourself sprinting between connections at the airport.

So far so good. Have had them for a couple weeks now and my foot pain I was experiencing with the Adidas shoes is gone. They're very supportive. Will probably be first of many Brooks running shoes for me. Mostly worn for work and walking.

I may be fairly new to BROOKS, but this is my third pair and I'm a customer for life. Furthermore, I would only buy Brooks from Brooks due to the great customer service, the pricing, and the incredible return policy. I had been running in another brand of highly cushioned shoe for nearly a decade, but was sidelined by a bad case of plantar fasciitis for the past two years. After going through months of PT, I eased back into running and decided to try the Ghost Max 2 instead of the other brand. It's going great, with zero pain anymore. I'm so happy to have made the switch!

I'm 215lb and was looking to get back into a running routine. This shoe is him. Running between 15-20 miles per week with average pace below 9:30. This shoe cruises and feels oh so good. Not entirely sure how it works but it does. Love it.

These shoes have provided me with relief from plantar fasciitis for the first time in about a month. I've worn these Ghost Max 2's for about a week now and they provide me with the arch support plus cushioning that I need. Standing about 11 hrs a day in the medical world puts a lot of pressure on my feet, but these have really taken my pains away. Highly recommend for anybody standing long periods of time or anybody who has tried every other brand and still isn't getting what they want.

If your having second thoughts about getting these shoes..... Dont.. Especially if you are the type that walks alot these shoes are incredible for that. I had developed a rear heel pain on my left foot and was worried that i wouldnt be able to walk for awhile. These were then given to me almost a few days after as a gift. After putting them on not only did they feel much lighter than my previous sneakers but these also take all the strain away from my rear heel by reducing the need to bend my toes and the stretching the back of my foot alleviating the rear heal pain i Just developed, it also has support around that area it worked as a sort of cushion for my heel. They were perfect for my situation I actually want to get another pair as soon as im able to, and I feel anyone who does alot of walking should absolutely get a pair. They are very good!

Great shoes! I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. I'm a nurse in a hospital and am on my feet a lot. These shoes have so much cushion. I love them!

Some of the comfiest shoes I've ever owned. Bought them right before a trip to NYC. I put about 40+ miles on them over a four day period and loved every second of wearing them. Best support and comfort of any walking show I've owned. Highly recommend!

Wow. Literally made me say wow when I got them on for the first time. By far the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn, bar none, and could not be easier to walk or run in. Have loved them for training sessions at the gym, walking the dog, and turning in miles around the lake path near my house. Will buy a second pair of these before I buy another pair of Gaviotas, Adrenalines, or Glycerines.

Found the comfort and support I needed following wearing a medical boot to repair a broken metatarsal. I've worn the Beast in the past, and the Ghost Max 2 was just as supportive, but lighter and more comfortable.

I've been a brooks fan for years The max 2 are great They run a little small so I had to go up 1/2 size

Very comfortable. No change in my size,13 double wide. Put in my phone. The the fit is perfect. There will more walking than running.

I'm very happy with these shoes. Very comfortable and great for daily jogs, runs, or walks. Also a great shoe for just being your all day shoe, great support and comfort.

Great shoe with abundant cushioning. Might be more comforting than my glycerin 20. Got the new maroon/burgundy color.

They feel great I walked around Governor' Island in the New York Harbor and my feet weren't hurting or tired. I would recommend them

I ended up buying these men's shoes because the women's were all too tight for me (even wide). I needed good shoes for a trip to the Canadian Rockies. No running for me!!They were fantastic! So comfortable and supportive. I walked/hiked/biked for 10 days and these made all the difference. I barely wore my hiking boots because these were more comfortable. Highly recommend-love the color, too. I think I've convinced my husband to get a pair of his own.
