I have purchased minimus shoes in the past, but these are exceptional. I’m ready to buy another pair! I did order a 1/2 up and the fit is just right. Soles have great grip and tread does not collect grit, rocks, mud, trash or debris. The laces are nubby and not too long so they stay tied and won’t loosen. The toe protector is stylish along with the bright colors on black. All my trail shoes are New Balance, but these are lightweight and the best.

I use to love NB minimus, I bought my first trail sneakers 15 yrs ago, but then they changed the style and gave them a more clunky heel. Very happy they are back to what is close to the old design. These are super comfortable. Love them.

I’ve been looking for a waterproof hiking sneaker for summer. We just bought a camper and I am looking forward to exploring all the state parks with these beauties. I have wide feet and could not be happier that New Balance has made a women’s wide width. Love love these .

These were in my house less than 24 hours. I don't know what's going on over at New Balance, but they've completely lost track of the size of people's feet. I used to be a raving fan for their Minimus line -- especially the Prevail, which they've discontinued (of course) -- but no more. I'll make do with the used versions I can find on eBay and outlet sites. Knowing these ran narrower than usual, I opted for a wide... but even that was too narrow! In my usual size, 9, my toes were smushed up against the toebox. The only good thing going for them are that they're really cute! But I rarely buy for cute anymore, and certainly not athletic shoes. Try again, NB -- and this time, please do better! You used to nail it on EVERY pair. - One disgruntled customer

Have two I’ve been wearing this past year or so. Buying two more today…just in case they stop making them. My feet and legs and body are so happy in these. Needed to move away from Five Fingers and tried many others. THese are the best. I walk and run in these. 67 years old. Been running most of my life. I always size up 1/2 size for running/walking shoes, and these are perfect.

Love these shoes! Very grippy and lightweight, perfect for trail running.

Super comfortable. Been mostly walking in them since I got them just to break them in and they feel great.

These NB minimalist shoes fit perfectly and feel great on. I’ve worn NB Minimalist in the past and those were much thinner, much like walking barefoot. These, however, have more support in the inner sole and the outer sole has great texture for traction. These minimalist shoes offer more comfort, traction, and they look fantastic on! I’m concerned this style will be archived, so I’ll be coming back for another pair, just in case!

They are beautiful, funky and cool, especially because they weight nothing. However, I should have paid attention to the size comments, I can only wear them without socks or they feel too tight at the toes. I kept them because I live in warm weather and can wear them without socks for day-to day use.

The only real complaint I have about these shoes is that the laces will not stay tied. I have several pairs with these laces and have the problem with all of them. Otherwise they are great. I wear them to work or shopping.

These look great nd feel good s they do not have much cushioning. I wanted a normal simple running shoe to use at times to feel the pavement or the dirt with out all the extra cushioning. Feel i need the balance from running from time to time with a simple shoe. Also perfect for jumping/ trampoline training. The run really small, consider a whole size up

I really loved the look of these and my friend raved about them, but I felt they had no cushion or support. I also ordered my typical size 8.5 and they were too small to order a half size up. I didn’t read the reviews first so maybe people have mentioned that. I really love the style and they are super light! Maybe for people who have great feet and don’t need any cushion they are great! Again, my friend raves about them for hiking where there are rocks - she took them to Alaska. Loved them.

Shoe felt too loose on the foot. I missed the support around my heel. This shoe felt comfortable but I needed that felt more stable around my foot.
