I love these so much more than my womens new balance fresh foam x 880v12 gtx. The tread is great for mud, snow, puddles, rain. I wear them to walk my dog and they keep my feet warm and dry. I also find they are more slip resistent than any other shows (other than adding Yaktrax).

I don't know why there are positive reviews on this shoe. When I got them and tried them on, it feels like there is absolutely NO support, no padding...nothing but a "cardboard" feel on the bottom inside of the shoe. Kind of an expensive shoe to feel like it's a $20 shoe from Walmart. I'm sending them back. Very disappointed.

I liked the look of these and the general feel was good, for the most part, in walking. An odd matter is that the last of the right shoe is cut about a fourth of an inch lower than the left shoe below the outside of the ankle. The left shoe covers the ankle bone but the right shoe cuts underneath the ankle bone. For me, this is quite uncomfortable as the cuff of the last hits my ankle bone when I walk. I wanted to keep these but that small manufacturing item may become a real bother. I am returning them.

Sometimes gore Tex shoes can feel slighter smaller or less flexible in the tie area but this one fits great, comfortable, with no,problems

Great shoe. Kept my feet dry on the Iceland waterfall trails in the rain and on the stormy beach. Couldnt ask for more!

Runs small. I wear 11 in every other shoe, this one you'll want to go half size up. It may be because the goretex doesn't stretch much.

Good fit. Ankle fits I little higher than im used to. Brooks Ghost has been my go to for years but my last pair was a big disappointment as far as wear and tear. The goretex failed early. So I’m trying the New Balance Goretex! I’m optimistic!

I have worn New Balance Trail shoes with GoreTex for many years. I wanted to love these, but couldn't. The sole was supportive as usual. My usual New Balance size fit well. The color (only choice) was fine. However, they squeaked loudly when walking. I sounded like I was taking part in a competitive basketball game while just walking across the room! I couldn't justify the price to put up with the loud squeaking. I hope the next generation of this shoe resolves the loud outsoles before my older pair wears out completely.

Truly disappointed in these sneakers. They are hard on the feet! They look great in my opinion, but they do not live up to the description. They state, " a comfortable insole." It is a complete lie, it was a cheap thin piece of styrofoam like material. I even replaced the insole with a brand new one I purchased and these were still awfully hard to wear throughout the day at work and when taking a long walks Imagine if I was actually going on a trail with these, forget it! Worst of it, these gave me foot trouble, specifically on the fat pad (metatarsal pads.) I tried to return them to Zappos even after wearing them, too tell you had bad these are. But, they would not except the return because I wore them. Sometimes, you just don't know whether a product or item is good until you try it out. It is not like I just changed my mind, these are poorly made. Really, really disappointed : ((
