they run big ,,, size down

They are too large and I don't know how to return them.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment. I really enjoy my Hoka shoe wear. All the closed toe shoes I have bought fit me in size 10. So, I ordered the sandal in a 10. Well, I should have ordered a size 9. I did not see the sandal available in a size 9.5. The sandal is too large and I would like a size 9. I have worn them for a few weeks, just to give them a chance. I am sorry, I am not 100% satisfied. Thank you for your time in this matter.

The fit is good, they're fairly comfortable. I could easily live without them.

Podiatrist recommend. Bought men size 14 for husband who has a wide foot. He is enjoying his!

Podiatrist recommended. While I really like the cushion as well as the arch support, the strap is too high/wide- it doesn't hug my foot like I wish it would. I usually wear women's 9.5-10 so I bought the size 8 men/10 women. The length is great, but the strap is too spacious on me.

Ordered usual size. Huge!

The slippers where stiff on sides and bit hard on the feet

This shoe worked great for me and my husband as we traveled through the airports. Comfortable and supportive we are do glad we had them on.

They are ok, not what I expected.

These were a gift from my sister and they feel like I am walking in air! Super comfortable and great for being around me home

After wearing my Hoyas for a couple of days, my right sandal became loose and caused a really bad blister under my right big toe. I'm afraid I can no longer wear them.

I have plantar fasciitis and got this based on my PT recommendation. It feels very comfortable but after couple of weeks of wearing it feels bigger now! It feels that it has expanded.

If they made it true to size, I would have genuinely liked them. Instead, I feel like I'm wearing a parent's shoe size instead. I'm a women's 5 Wide. These were still too big in every way, both width and length. Unfortunately, there isn't a smaller size I could even attempt to exchange it for. I'll be returning them.

Sole is extremely comfortable but top rubbed the top of my foot raw. Had to put Dr. Scholls moleskin on the underside of top of the slide. Seemed to have solved the problem.

I loved these slides. They were incredibly soft, which explains why they're intended for recovery. The downside? My feet went right through them. Too wide for me! Sorry I had to return them.

These are so comfortable I cant even believe them. Its like walking on plush beautiful pillows. I walk 2 miles every day in them and its so comfortable compared to my runs. I can't believe how amazing they are. And if your feet are wet, you dont slide. I would rate these a 10000000/10!!!! i wish I could have done a half size down, they would have been perfect

I got the navy. These recovery sandals really do work. Even if my feet are sore from my work shoes, I'll put these on when I get home, and my feet feel so much better.

I went to put on my slides for the first time and immediately knew something was wrong. My left slide was the correct size but the trim around it was significantly smaller than the right slide. So much so I could not fit my left foot in it. I understand there are defects, but you think something like that would not make it through QA. Customer service told me it would be 3 weeks for a replacement, so I asked for a refund and returned them.

This is my 6th pair of Hokas! I've loved them all. These run very true to size for me! I wear them inside as my slippers...I love them especially with socks.
