AMAZING SHOE - lightweight and responsive, but still supportive! It is perfect for uptempo runs and speed-work!

Really light running shoes! Feels like you are lighter and faster. It really makes a difference when compared to my previous running shoes, I still have to try it on longer runs but for tempo and speed sessions it has performed great.

Upgraded my old Brooks (4 years old) for these and whoa! A lot changed in four years. The Hyperion GTS 2 were comfortable and perfect snug fit right out of the box. The first thing that impressed me was how light they are considering that these are not racers and that I need support (GuideRails), which adds more weight. The next thing that impressed me was how springy and fast they are. They gently but noticeably propel you forward and the responsive cushioning feels like an active element not just padding. Finally, the mesh upper is perfect to keep your feet cool in the summer heat and the textured laces stay in place mile after mile. High performance pair of shoes!

This is my go-to shoe. I wanted a faster shoe but with some stability. Even with the additional stability, this shoe is still light and protective. I have already bought a couple of pairs of these shoes. Thank you, Brooks! I bet version three will have me buy more!

The shoe has a comfortable fit and feels as if it gives a slight boost in the step. I wish it had more colors to choose from. Other than that this is probably the best shoe I found for me from Brooks.

Great shoe. This shoe has really improved my running ability, much further with less effort. It makes running fun again. It is also incredibly light. I dont know how Brooks did it, but I love it.

These shoes are a great track day or long run shoe. Ive worn the launch GTS exclusively and branched out to this model and I am glad that I did! These are extremely comfortable out of the box. I did notice the cushion takes about half a mile to loosen up. It starts out feeling a bit stiff but then really conforms to your feet.

The shoe is light comfortable and performant, but after only 9 runs the tread is almost completely gone on the front of the outsole. Concerned about how the sole is going to wear given what I've seen so far.

I have been trying the Brooks Hyperion GTS 2 for the past few weeks. This is my first pair of Brooks running shoes. I have heard such great things for my co workers about them so I wanted to give them a try. I am really impressed with these shoes. I am currently wearing them for working out, some running and occasionally wear to work. These shoes are holding up so well so far and they have enough support while cushioning my foot with each step, I do not have any pain or tired feet. I work and run on concrete and in the past some tennis shoes would leave my feet hurting afterwards but I have not had that problem with these Hyperion GTS 2. I really like the style of these shoes and think that they look in line with current fashion. They also look real sharp with the colors of the design. I really like the shoe strings because they do not untie on their own and Im not finding myself having to stop running or working to tie my shoestring. The mesh material seems to be durable and easy to keep clean. I have enjoyed these shoes so much that I will be buying myself another pair in the future because they are that good!

As a 35-year-old dad who frequents the gym and does treadmill runs to stay in shape, finding the right pair of running shoes was crucial. Recently, I acquired the Brooks Hyperion GTS 2, and heres my take on these kicks. First off, lets talk about looks. The color scheme on these shoes is spot-on. They have vibrant accents that add a bit of flair without being too flashy. They definitely stand out in the gym, which is a nice touch. Moving on to the feel of the shoe, I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight they are. When youre juggling work, family, and workouts, having a pair of shoes that feel light on your feet makes a big difference. Whether Im on the treadmill or doing weights, these shoes feel responsive and dont weigh me down. Fit is another important factor for me. The Brooks Hyperion GTS 2 fit like a glove right out of the box. The upper mesh is breathable and conforms well to my foot shape, providing a snug yet comfortable fit. I didnt experience any rubbing or discomfort, even during longer treadmill sessions. In terms of performance, these shoes excel on the treadmill. The cushioning is just rightnot too soft and not too firm. It provides a good balance of support and responsiveness, which is ideal for both running and weightlifting activities. I felt stable during squats and lunges, and the grip on the treadmill belt is solid without being overly sticky. Durability-wise, they seem well-made with quality materials. Ive been using them for a couple of months now, and they still look and feel almost as good as new. The outsole shows minimal wear despite regular use, which is a testament to their build quality. Overall, Im impressed with the Brooks Hyperion GTS 2. They combine great looks with a lightweight feel and a comfortable fit, making them perfect for my gym sessions and occasional runs. If youre like mebalancing family, work, and fitnessand need a reliable pair of shoes that can handle it all, these are definitely worth considering. Theyre a solid choice whether youre pounding the street, treadmill or just chasing after the kids at the park. I want to wear what the best wear. With the Hyperion GTS 2 on my feet, I know I am following in their footsteps!

The first thing I noticed when I put them on was how much arch support there was. I have never had a pair of shoes that were this light and supportive at the same time. I used them mostly for speed workouts on the track I was impressed with how responsive they felt when hitting the track, feels like a very efficient shoe. Ive been running in 85-90 degree weather and I havent noticed my feet getting too hot or sweaty so the material is definitely breathable. I like the design a lot, I think they look cool and clean and they fit true to size. One thing I did notice that some people may not like is that the toe box is wider than other shoes Ive worn but it doesnt feel loose- my feet dont slide around- just gives some extra room. My favorite thing is how lightweight they are, followed closely with the support they offer. I would buy this shoe again for speed work, Im not sure how they would hold up for very long runs.

The Brooks Hypersion GTS 2 running shoes are a great addition to my running gear. The shoes are light weight, sleek, and fit my feet well. What I liked most about the shoes was the arch support when running. If I could change anything about this shoe, I would make them a bit wider to accommodate thicker socks. However, there are several positive features to these shoes: The material is breathable and durable, making them perfect for running in the summer heat. The shape of the sole helps for a great stride, and the design and colors are colorful and fun. I would definitely recommend this product and look forward to continuing my training in these shoes.

The Brooks Hyperion GTS 2 is a lightweight training shoe that offers abundant support and comfort. Right out of the box I could tell these were by far the lightest pair of running shoes I now own. They appear to save some of this weight with the breathable mesh fabric surrounding the shoe and thin neoprene like tongue. As soon as I slipped them on and stood up, I could feel the extra support, not just in my feet but through my body. For someone who sometimes struggles with pain after extensive training, the extra stability was welcoming. With the hot summer months upon us, the breathable mesh fabric will help keep my feet cool and comfortable. The tongue, made of a neoprene like fabric, is light and flexible. As of right now it appears to be holding up, but time will tell. The stable base coupled with breathable and flexible upper shell resulted in miles of comfort. I look forward to future training with my Brooks Hyperion GTS 2.

38 year old man who runs 20-60 miles per week throughout the year. Coach high school cross country and track and occasionally race mile to half marathon. The Hyperion GTS 2.0 runs slightly larger than the rest of the running shoes in my rotation from other companies. These Brooks are light and meant to go fast. They won't be my daily mileage hounds, but I will wear them on occasion, especially when I plan to run fast.

I found these sneakers to be both attractive and functional. The overall style of the sneakers fits with my personal preferences, and the addition of a small splash of color made them a bit more eye catching. Functionality wise, they are a lightweight sneaker so you arent being weighted down while running and it will help you go the distance. However, the lack of weight did not lead to a lack of cushioning. I couldnt feel the floor under my feet like I tend to deal with when it comes to most lightweight sneakers and shoes. They fit really well and true to size, and they look and feel high quality. They would be great for everyday use, shorter distance running, and longer distance running. I highly recommend these sneakers if you prefer lightweight sneakers but struggle to find enough support and cushioning.

The Brooks Hyperion GTS 2 Running shoes are the best running shoes that I have ever owned or tried. The ones I got have the coral and black colors - I like the design and the colors make me visible to vehicles. As soon as you take the shoes out of the box you notice that it is made of high quality materials. I was also surprised at how extremely light they are. The upper fabric is lightweight and breathable. The sole is soft but firm at the same time and offers good support while running. Brooks nitrogen-infused technology is used to make the foam of the midsole which is what contributes to its lightness and ideal responsiveness. It did not take long for my feet to adjust to my new running shoes. My first run was comfortable, and the breathability of the fabric allowed my feet to stay dry Another feature that I like is the shoelaces. They have wavy edges which helps greatly in them not getting untied. The fit is just right and feels very comfortable. I highly recommend these running shoes.

When I first put these on, they felt fairly snug and tight across the top of my feet. However, I laced them up and went on a walk, and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they are! The fabric on the top and sides of the shoes seemed to stretch with my foot while in action, so that made it a very comfortable fit while still offering the right amount of support. That fabric also breathed well so my feet didnt get too sweaty even in the hot weather on the dark pavement. I loved that the soles felt stiff and were shaped to help propel me forward with every step. Ive enjoyed doing some casual runs in these shoes and look forward to many more. The pop of the bright orange color on the sole is so fun and gives the shoes some personality. Sometimes bright colors can look cheesy, but this design is very tasteful in my opinion. I use these shoes a few times a week for fun runs and neighborhood walks. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more stability to the soles because the bottoms are rounded slightly and sometimes feel like they rotate underneath me if I hit a bump or pothole. Overall really great running shoes!

These do feel very light and springy. However I wouldn't classify them as cushioned and I did not get along with running in them. They also developed a very irritating divot on the toe from day one which put pressure on the big toe

Ordered these after lot research and reviews. Let me start with positives: -These look great, lightweight and have comfy feel upon wearing them. Cons: - I am not a fan of small tail on the back of heal. - I can't seem to find balance while running/walking in these shoes as my right toe feels to be without support and falling out which makes me feel like I will trip and fall, Tried hard to adjust to them but even after almost 3 weeks, can't seem to find my footing and forced to return them. I liked the shoe very much for everything else, will order another one for sure if Brooksrunning is able to fix the fitting issue.

I have had mine less than a month and the tread is nearly gone on the balls of my feet. They have less than 90 miles on them. Although comfortable they are not long lasting.

As the primary alternative to what I understand is the now-discontinued Latitude GTS running shoe, the Hyperion GTS2 falls significantly short for me. I am 73-years old and have been running competitively for about 60 of them and after running with the Hyperion GTS2 for several four mile runs, I experienced knee, leg muscle, and foot issues. These are problems I haven't encountered in over twelve years of wearing Brooks shoes. So, for these reasons, I will be requesting a return authorization.
