These are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned. I have a wide foot and the wide size fit perfectly. So far Ive used for walking.

While I typically love Brooks running shoes, I do not like this Ariel version. It's a really heavy shoe as far as any other running shoe I've owned (and I buy a lot). The laces are ridiculously short also. This is unfortunately not a shoe I would come close to recommending. I use it for walking rather than the running I purchased them for. Really disappointed overall.

They are ok, not as comfortable as other shoes I have purchased. However what I really don't like is the description says black. however in daylight it's actually navy blue with a black tongue and laces. So the look is not very good.

The Ariel 20 was the last reliable edition of this sneaker after a decade of use. Its devastating for an active wide-width walker. The insole on this edition is dramatically alteredflat and hard and I actually ended up replacing them with the much cushier and comfortable old model insole. The frame of the shoe barely matters now that I understand how much the insole defined the comfort of the shoe. No longer a loyal customer.

In the last 5 years, Brooks has been my go to shoes. But this pair hurts my left outer foot, so bad, I dont wear them much. The right I have no problem with. I normally would order Brooks Arial 20 in an 8 Wide, never had trouble. Maybe this particular shoe is not the replacement for what I normally get, I am open to suggestions.

I am not sure why Brooks does this, but Repeatedly only the ugliest versions of Brooks shoes are available in narrow widths.

Planters fasciitis has caused me to only wear this shoe, for about a decade now. Best support ever. The 24 is a little snugger in the tongue area than the 23 model, but I still like the fit.

Ariel GTS 24 marks my 10th pair of Ariel! I love the new color and the fit of the new design. I have fairly large bunions so having EE as a width option is icing on the cake. Thank you, Brooks!

My sister-in-law suggested this brand for plantar fasciitis so I ended up with this style. Its so comfortable. My foot hurts so much less when I wear these. I think I found a new favorite after wearing ASICS for many years! They are expensive but so worth it, for me, anyway.

Tried wearing them once, disappointed in the fit, I have the BROOKS Ghost shoes the same size (13 M) womens, and the ARIEL 13M is smaller, shorter on toe. I thought with the same brand the fit would be the same. Also the foot pad in the Ariel is bumpy which I find annoying since they hit under toes awkwardly, not comfortable. Im returning them. I used your test size guide quiz and the BROOKS shoes recommended dont come in womens 13. I hope you can fix this issue.

Very comfortable and supportive. They have more of a boxy tongue in the shoe compared to some of the other Brooks shoes I have worn, so I had to get used to that. Overall, I am loving the look and the comfort of the Ariel GTX!

My doctor recommended these to me after having a lot of foot, knee, and back pain while walking to school. I also have collapsed arches which makes my ankles turn inward. These shoes have completely changed my daily life. I'm not completely pain free and I'm still getting custom orthotics to help even more, but it was a dramatic difference from my last shoes. They're extremely comfortable (the huge amount of cushion really reduced my pain) and I noticed an automatic shift in my ankles - much closer to normal. I also really love how they look (I have the beige ones). They go nicely with all my outfits since I mostly wear earth tones, they're very neutral. I highly recommend these if you're having similar problems to what I was having.

These shoes have great cushion and support, but they slip on my heals. I wear a womens size 9 wide (D-width) in Ghosts and they fit great. I used the fit guide quiz to land on the Ariel GTS 24, and the heals slipped with every step. I returned them for a pair of the new Ghosts and they dont slip at all.

I would really like an all black shoe -- black on the sides of the sole as in one iteration of the Beast, and a black stripe

I work 12 + hours at a time as a nurse. I am constantly on my feet. These shoes are the best cushioning combined with supportive shoes I have found. I tend to supinate and the Ariel GTS 24 gives me the support I need in that respect. I usually wear less supportive shoes out in less than 2 months. I get 6 months or more from these. Please make the womens version in all black.
