Tried wearing them once, disappointed in the fit, I have the BROOKS Ghost shoes the same size (13 M) womens, and the ARIEL 13M is smaller, shorter on toe. I thought with the same brand the fit would be the same. Also the foot pad in the Ariel is bumpy which I find annoying since they hit under toes awkwardly, not comfortable. Im returning them. I used your test size guide quiz and the BROOKS shoes recommended dont come in womens 13. I hope you can fix this issue.

Very comfortable and supportive. They have more of a boxy tongue in the shoe compared to some of the other Brooks shoes I have worn, so I had to get used to that. Overall, I am loving the look and the comfort of the Ariel GTX!

My doctor recommended these to me after having a lot of foot, knee, and back pain while walking to school. I also have collapsed arches which makes my ankles turn inward. These shoes have completely changed my daily life. I'm not completely pain free and I'm still getting custom orthotics to help even more, but it was a dramatic difference from my last shoes. They're extremely comfortable (the huge amount of cushion really reduced my pain) and I noticed an automatic shift in my ankles - much closer to normal. I also really love how they look (I have the beige ones). They go nicely with all my outfits since I mostly wear earth tones, they're very neutral. I highly recommend these if you're having similar problems to what I was having.

Great shoes! Great for the achilles tendonitis I sometimes have. Second pair I've purchased.

These shoes have great cushion and support, but they slip on my heals. I wear a womens size 9 wide (D-width) in Ghosts and they fit great. I used the fit guide quiz to land on the Ariel GTS 24, and the heals slipped with every step. I returned them for a pair of the new Ghosts and they dont slip at all.

I would really like an all black shoe -- black on the sides of the sole as in one iteration of the Beast, and a black stripe

I work 12 + hours at a time as a nurse. I am constantly on my feet. These shoes are the best cushioning combined with supportive shoes I have found. I tend to supinate and the Ariel GTS 24 gives me the support I need in that respect. I usually wear less supportive shoes out in less than 2 months. I get 6 months or more from these. Please make the womens version in all black.

These are so comfortable, and give so much support. I have really flat feet and these help keep me in line without having to put in additional arch support.

The Brooks Ariel GTS 24 is a game-changer for anyone needing extra stability and support. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, with cushioning that keeps my feet feeling great even after hours of walking or standing. The fit is perfect, and the motion control design has made a noticeable difference in reducing foot and knee pain. Theyre durable, stylish, and perform beautifully. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for the perfect blend of support and comfortworth every penny!

I wish it were available in black in my size, 6D. The toe bed is wide enough and the rise in the heel is great for my plantar fasciitis. I have worn Ariels with my orthodics for a number of years now, but this pair is too shallow in the heel, and my heel rises up from the shoe when I walk. It doesnt work for me.

So disappointed in these shoes! Theyre uncomfortable even when not standing. I size up half size in running shoes so I can use insert. These are too small for that. Too tight and hard in toe box, press on big toes, too hard interior heel; feels like no cushion at all, have to lace too tight to keep heel from slipping. I loved my addiction and my trace and my ghost but these are unwearable - so exhausted with having to return to companies I could previously depend on to get it right. Why make it smaller and harder when the description says most cushioning and calls it similar to the Addiction?

I have bought DOZENS of Ariel shoes over several years. Over time I've had to go up a half size. With this newest version, I'm going to have to go up another half size as the toe box is smaller and more tapered - even in a wide width. My big toe is being rubbed. I held the 24 up to a new pair 23's I still had in the box and the 24 is definitely smaller. Why does a new edition get tweaked so much? If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it!

These are fine. I like the 23's better. The 23's have a wider toe box and for me the 23's are just more comfortable.

Very comfy. I got the tan color and they go with everything. I normally wear a size 7 but sized up to 7 1/2 which was the right call. Lots of support for my feet.

So far, so good. I don't actually run in these shoes. I have worn them for years with custom made orthotics because my feet and knees have multiple problems. They have been comfortable from the beginning and fit very well.

They are not very comfortable I'm on my feet for up to 10 hours a day on cement and I had to buy new inserts for them already to try to make them Squishy and they have caused itty bitty blisters on the bottoms of my heels since the first week I've had them which I don't understand no matter what I do the blisters are there even with different inserts. I definitely preferred my new balance or sketchers
