Customer Reviews On Cloudnova Form 2

I’d been wearing On Cloud Runners for a month so maybe I got used to its support. But first time I wore these Cloud Novas, they felt really tight and seemed like the ball of my feet had no support. I chalked it up to just getting used to it…also, you can’t remove the insole to put in custom orthotics. I wore them to work (sitting most of the time indoors)…the next day my toes were injured. My right foot was swollen like I broke my toe or something. 3 weeks I couldn’t out on a shoe…

Rigid and uncomfortable.

I hate to return this pair of shoes because they look amazing, but they’re too painful to wear. It might be my feet, but the sole, on the arch side, pokes my foot too much. I even thought I had a defective pair, but I guess that’s just the way this model is. It might provide good arch support for some people, though.

A real downgrade from the previous On Cloudnova: if they hadn’t come from Zappos I’d guess these were fakes. The insole isn’t removable so it’s hard to clean the shoes and remove things like grit and sand. They no longer have the layered cushioned back at the Achilles tendon. The laces are fine, but just regular, not the corded type, so they look like any other sneaker. The orangey color on the sole also makes them look much more generic. In short this has become a “mall walker” shoe and that wasn’t supposed to be what the On brand was about, and certainly not at $140. This is how brands undermine themselves: more space for someone new I guess but it’s a shame.
