I have narrow feet but as I have gotten older my toe pad(?) has gotten wider. So i need shoes that are narrow in the heel and mid but have some room in the toe box. I ordered a 10 and a 10.5 in case I needed to go up a size to accomodate my wide toe area. I usually wear a 10 and a 10 in these was perfect. Seem like really nice shoes and can't wait to wear them on a trip I have coming up with a lot of walking planned.

I love the style of the these and the new colors, however I couldn’t understand the pain in my feet considering my other pair of Cloudforms are incredibly comfortable. These are about 1/4-1/2 inch more narrow at the front, and I don’t have wide feet but these provided a very different experience with these shoes and sadly they have to go back. I was so excited about the black for work, but the pain at the sides of my feet is just too much to stand. The arch support also isn’t as substantial as the previous model.

Do not recommend! These were the most uncomfortable shoes on the bottom of my feet. Even with arch support insteps they are painful. My feet hurt after wearing them. I’ve owned other pairs of On Clouds and they have never caused foot pain. Length, width and material felt fine but something about the sole of the shoe/construction makes them sub par. Customer service was incredibly poor and would not accommodate a return since I wore them outside. Style is great!

Great every day sneaker. This is my second pair They definitely help my feet when standing all day at my job. Highly recommend and recommend Zappos for easy ordering and good deals

Love ON brand - these are not only comfortable, they are great looking and universal for actual working out or just everyday wear with jeans... big fan and would definitely buy these again.

Love this style of Ons. I have several pairs and they’re all great - but these are really nice, supportive and comfortable.

I've tried a few On sneakers, but these were the best, most comfortable arotrh ankle and it feels like in walking on a cloud. Literally. The sneakers lifts my feet when walking, which makes it was for running/brisk walking. Wud definitely recommend!

I was able to fit my first finger in the rear of the shoe while flattening my feet toward the front of the shoe. Although the shoes appeared wide in width my small toes hurt to their lateral sides.
