I ordered a half size up and while they felt ok in the toe box they were very tight across my foot.

Shoe developed a big hole in the toe within 4-6 weeks and were ruined

These sneakers are very light and comfortable for the first few minutes, but the soles do NOT provide enough support for long walks or runs. Do not wear these if you are on your feet for long periods of time.

The fit was fine. However, the sides rubbed my ankle bones so the shoes were uncomfortable.

I bought two pairs a couple of years ago - the Cloud X sneaker. They were perfect and I wore them almost every day until they blew out and started to cause knee pain. Since then, none of the On sneakers I've tried fit well. It's puzzling that different models would be narrower or shorter. It seems to me the same size in the same brand should fit nearly identically. This last pair was too short in length and too wide in the heel so I sent them back. Back to hunting for the ideal shoe, again. Sorry On, you need to get it together.

I ordered the Cloud X 4 shoes as a birthday gift, but unfortunately had to return them due to the condition in which they arrived. The shoebox was ripped open, and inside it looked as if the shoes had been thrown in. The tissue paper was completely wrinkled, and the overall presentation was very poor. Since this was meant to be a gift, the condition was unacceptable. I decided not to keep them and instead purchased the shoes from a different store. Disappointed with the lack of care in packaging and presentation.

This was my first experience with on cloud. All my friends and customers had them so I ditched my hoka’s and purchased these. Does not feel like I’m walking on a cloud at all . They hurt my feet and feel to narrow .

i need to return them, how do i do that? This is women's size 10.5, i need men's size

Very disappointed. I have walked less than 10 miles in these shoes and they squeak so loudly. I've had other ON shoes and never this issue. A friend says hers started to squeak too same brand, different style. I'm wondering if the quality has gone down. I can't Wear these anymore due to the noise. This was a waste of money.
