Heard a lot about ON and decided to try. Good looking shoe and a good fit but disappointingly there is no arch support. Sending back and will stick to Hokas.

Great looking shoes but unfortunately toe box is more narrow than most Ons so had to return.

Really firm feeling on the ball of my foot, almost like the foam was missing in the toe box area. Wanted to like these so much, but not the right feel for me for the gym.

It felt like there was something sticking out into my heel of the foot like a stone. I tried to look but didn’t see anything. I also felt like my foot was too tall for this and didn’t secure my foot enough. And on cloud please get new sheets laces! They are awful

These were not cushioning as decribed and killed my feet.

I was extremely disappointed when I received these shoes. They were stained and from looking at the soles, they had clearly been worn before. Totally unacceptable.

I have ordered several different styles of this brand and none have worked for me. It must be me because I see so many people wearing this brand. This particular style was cute but they were not very comfortable.

Size was fine but shoe was very hard and uncomfortable compared to other On shoes I have. Also, the sole of the shoe slipped around in the inside and when taking my foot out of the shoe it came completely out
