The design, look, and support of these are incredible. The material the tongue is made of is not as flexible as I expected. I'm sure this will help with general wear, but it made the tongue cut straight into my ankle rather than follow the curve upward. Wish I could have kept these!

Soooo narrow. But cushioning was great. Length felt longer. Odd fit, unfortunately. Returning.

I ordered 1/2 size larger because reviews state they run small however they were too big so this style was true to size. Fit really wide and not cushy or comfy feeling at all! Tongue comes up high and presses into front of lower leg/ankle. Overall dissatisfied especially for the price and “hype” of the ON Cloud shoes

Sizing is way off, and the overall shoe is subpar for ON

I should have "listened" to other reviews. The tongue feels like it is made of dense cardboard, and it digs into the top of the foot. Everything else about this shoe is lovely and perfect, but the shoe is not wearable due to this malfunction.

The shoe looks good but as other reviewers have noted the tongue digs into your ankle because it’s too rigid. Do not recommend.
