I am an adult with a really small, wide foot and bunion issues. I usually wear a boys size 3 wide. The Anacapa 2 low GTX in a size 3.5 fits great. It has a high toe box, the width across the ball of the foot is roomy enough for my fat feet and the shoe is shaped like a foot, which is a definite plus. The sole is stiff enough to walk on gravel or tough terrain and the trail shoe stiffness also helps my bunion issues. The side support is also excellent. It laces up high and the back of the heel is high enough to accommodate an orthotic, if needed, without the heel slipping. It is extremely comfortable and waterproof. I walk my dog 2-3 miles a day in my neighborhood and on a trail. This is the best shoe I have ever owned, and I am old. I would highly recommend the Anacapa 2 and plan on taking them on a trip to Europe. I own a pair in olive haze/mercury sole, which is really nice looking and a pair in dune/vibrant orange. I am also a graphic designer so I appreciate the nice color schemes. It is so difficult to find a good fitting, supportive and comfortable kid's shoe. Kudos to Hoka. Please continue to make these available in my size.

I have a very small foot, so I tried a 3.5y. It's purple which is my favorite color, it fits my size 5 wide great, and it's really comfy

Fit well and kept my feet dry on my first hike in 3 feet of fresh powder! Felt great and did not get too hot either, like some other Hoka gore-tex shoes I have. I think I prefer the children's sizing to the adult...

These shoes are the balls. They fit great, are very comfortable and are easy to wear all day. I went with a youth size 7 and wear a women's 8.5 I highly recommend these shoes

My son Got blisters with his last hiking shoes. He hiked 27 miles with these in one day and had no blisters, great shoes for hiking, and everything else.!

My little girl loves her shoes.They are very comfortable wear them to school everyday. She hikes with dad on the weekends they are perfect for all terrain.The color is beautiful and stays clean. Hopefully Hoka makes pink in the future.

Everything is great about these shoes. I wear them all the time and they are so comfortable

I wear size 7 women, so decided to order these shoes in 7Y. The shoes I received were very large and ridiculously wide. I don't think kids really have feet that wide. The quality is also much below my expectations. So, the shoes are going back.
