The best flats I've ever had. I have a WW foot. These were so roomy, I may actually order just a W next time. Very comfy and super cute.

I adore these shoes. They are easy to wear, look great with everything. Now, I'm going to be real with you: such a great shoe comes at the cost of some truly gnarly blisters after the first wearing. First time I wore them I ended up rubbing the skin over my achilles tendon raw. It was a whole ordeal. Once those spots were healed and toughened up, I've worn the shoes many times with no problems.

This is a well made shoe: the sole is non-skid and the leather of high quality. I bought the Harlowe color and was a bit leery of the brightness, but find it to be a great spring color to wear with bright spring colors. My slightly wider foot may require me to wear them in small increments at first. Time will tell. All in all, great shoe.

Did extensive research before settling on a pair, and I'm glad I gave these a try. Well made shoe that runs a bit tight but not enough to go down a full half size. Will try to break them in around the house before wearing them outside. Elegant silhouette and understated design, making it a versatile piece for my wardrobe. So happy I found these!

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for... comfortable, stylish flats to wear with jeans or skirts

I am generally not a fan of flats (I think they make me look fat--especially ones with rounded toes). But Trotters might have converted me. I need something flat for cobblestones in Europe and I ordered these, Stuart Weitzmans and Donald Pliners. These won hands down. Comfy right out of the box. Can't wait to order more in different colors.The Harlowe is a cool black/white weave that will look good with lots of colors.

More comfortable insole than most flats, but not a full blown comfort shoe like an Easy Spirit or Rockport. Very sleek and stylish though... And comfortable enough that I'm keeping them.

I ordered a size 9 and one of my feet is a little smaller than the other. The smaller foot slips a bit, but my true size 9 foot fits great!

I have wide feet and these shoes fit me great! So great, that I bought a second pair. These are one of my favorite shoes!

I love these shoes. I have bunions and the fact these pretty shoes come in wide is so great. The snakeskin/suede is unusual and a good transition from winter to spring.

Very stylish and comfortable. I found that I had to size down 1/2 size in the wides to have a perfect fit.

I loved the look of these shoes. The toe box was not comfortable for me, so I am trying a half size up and hope that they are a good fit. They are so beautiful!

Cute!! Sparkle fades after a few wears. Normally a 7.5, had to order an 8.

I got the Navy. I have been looking for blue flats forever, they are very hard to find, so I'm thrilled I was able to find these. They're comfortable, the style is such that you can wear them with tights and not look like a nerd which really helps now that it's winter. The blue is darker in person than on my computer and quite nice. They're keepers.

I purchased the Harlowe fully expecting that I’d have to return it due to the pointy toe and I have a pretty wide foot but to my surprise it worked out beautifully. The shoe is quite comfortable, offers moderate support, and looks really great to boot. I’m really excited anytime I can find a shoe that simply fits my 10.5 WW feet but when it presents an aesthetically pleasing outcome it’s all the better.

Even though it was WW, the shoes were too narrow for my feet.

This is an elegant shoe. The embossed leather is rich looking. The leather is supple enough to conform to the foot, even with my bunions. These shoes run a half size small and are slightly narrow. They are a little flatter than I would prefer. They easily transition from wearing with pants or dress. They are very lightweight and not clunky. I would not choose these for all day wear as there is little cushioning. These are simply beautiful dress shoes.

I loved the look of this shoe and the quality is great, but I found them to be a bit narrow. I have weird feet that are a bit wide by the end of my foot and narrow by the arch/heel, so I tend to need shoes that have a little give in the leather to accommodate my toes. These shoes would have been great but there wasn't any give and if I wore these all day, my feet would have been killing me. I have another pair of Trotters flats that I love, but these are more narrow than that pair and just wouldn't work for me.

These are darling. Thank you Trotters for finally putting some cute shoes out again. There is nice padding in the bottom of this shoe. I wore them right out of the box for a full day of interviews and they were comfortable all day long. True to size and super cute with a cropped dress pant. I'm a happy customer. Love you Zappos!
