Great jacket but disappointed the logo is heat transferred on and not stitched. My son had same jacket and last one was stitched. Paid a lot for it and didn't realize.

This is my third Thermoball 2.0 in as many years because I've had to continually file warranty claims. The collar material has frayed after only a winter season of wear for the last two. This never happened with the OG Thermoball jacket, which simply wore out after about 7 years. The quality of the material used for 2.0 around the collar is clearly not the same. I've written letters to TNF and gotten no reply. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of TNF's customer service and that they continue to recognize the issue by issuing gift cards for replacements. How using cheaper material only to have jackets returned saves them any money is confusing. I certainly expect a jacket to last more than 1 winter season without fraying.

Been using TNF for over 30 years. Still using some of those products. However, TNF choice to move away from threaded logos to rubber ones is a bad call. The logo is falling off my jacket and now it sas "HE ORTH FAC". The rubber logo was a bad idea.

There's a definite difference in quality with this jacket compared to their normal down jackets. I don't know it just felt cheap to me. Also tested it outside and it wasn't warm at all. Returned.

I've worn northface for 20years. The quality continues to decline. I purchased the men's thermaball jacket to replace the one my husband has had for years that finally gave out. The new one doesn't have the embroidered logo on the front and back. The new logo is a screen print and looks like a sticker. The jacket is more lightweight and the quality doesn't seem the same as previous thermaball jackets. I hope northface bring the quality back to where it's always been.

Less than 2 weeks after buying, this coat started falling apart. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I expected more from The North Face.

Bought it as a birthday gift. After receiving it, I found that the zipper cord was broken and simply connected. There were two places on the collar that were unthreaded, and one corner of the collar was cracked by 0.5cm.

Buy a jacket the norte face thermoball eco. It was a horrible experience. The logo came out, threads came out on the neck, the zipper broke. I went to the store to claim. I waited 5 months for them to solve the problem and they never did. My north face jacket literally sucks. I will never buy a jacket from this brand again.

I bought two of this jacket a year ago as a gift for my family and only wear it for a few times, and now one of the jackets logo started peeling and came off, can't believe that this happened with the north face's jacket. Really disappointed!!!

The jacket seemed mediocre considering the price. I attempted to return it but was 5 days outside the 30 day return window. I'm used to dealing with companies like Patagonia who are willing to help customers.

Zipper broke within a month. Unable to return because it's worn. Sending in for warranty repair means jacket is gone during the coldest part of winter. Very frustrating how quality of TNF products has gotten so bad.

The jacket is thin. The jacket does not hold up to winter weather.

I purchased two sizes, S and M, to ensure a good fit, but unfortunately, neither size works well for me. I'm 5'7" and weigh 152 lbs.
