If TNF made the Denali in an estate blue/hero blue combo, I would buy at least 3 of these so I have one forever. I absolutely love the heavier fleece version this year with the pit zips, it allows me to wear the jacket closer to freezing temps than past year's versions. You can't go wrong with this jacket, it's a classic for a reason

Just finished several days backpacking with this jacket. The fit and maneuverability were great. The jacket kept me warm and allowed me to vent to keep from overheating. I have been looking for a replacement fleece like this for several years to replace my old Columbia. I wanted one with the pit zips and very glad to find this one.

Great fit, roomy, multiple deep pockets. I use it any day when the outside temperature drops below 40 degrees.

The Denali is a classic! I would more of them if they came with hoods and different colors. Being former military I miss the camouflage Denali!!!! BRING BACK THE CAMO.and other colors as well..with the hoods. Thank you in advance.

I bought this for myself replacing my 15-year-old Northface jacket. Love it!!

I had this very same jacket I purchased back in the 90's when The North Face helped supply the National Ski Patrol with garments. I recently gave that jacket to my nephew which was still in great shape but somehow it shank (LOL). I loved the jacket for a number of reasons, especially the pit zips. They really work well when trying to regulate body temperature with exercise. I purchase another one which will last the rest of my life.

Like the jacket keeps me warm

I've had this coat for 18 years, most of them in Minnesota where the winters are long and cold. It's held up perfectly, including the zippers and stitches. I've paired it with many TNF and Marmot light rain jacket for wind and precipitation. Wish they lasted as long!

Retro.... Uughhh My husband has been on the hunt for this specific jacket to replace his previous one for at least a year now the new version of the Denali jacket doesn't come close in comparison to this "retro" one... We've been tricked twice into ordering it and swiftly returned the newer version. The Retro Denali is thicker in material so it can handle these New England winters it has all the pockets (again the newer version doesn't) and the water resistant top half shell is great for the fall damp weather. My advice to NF is to ditch the new Denali and to keep the "Retro Denali" as their main Denali jacket
