The older version of this shoe was great. This version is unwearable. New Balance- stop updating everything, the updates are rarely better.

Usually, the New Balance tennis shoes in Wide fit me very well. These did not. I have a pinkie toe bunion that causes problems. These shoes were not wide enough to be comfortable there.

Comfortable than other shoes I tried so far because of its arch support and wide option but I wish theres more option for more high arch also something breathable. Feet feel sweaty inside.

i bought 4 pairs of 996 v4 wide 2e, weared out and decided to buy 996v6 wide 2e- what a huge difference. 996v6 is very narrow, there is no 'sock' alike elastic that used to provide support in playing tennis or pickleball, instead - just rough material that made blisters right away. v6 need brake in time as material is very rough overall. not to mention that v6 is way narrower in comparison with v4. look almost the same - shoes are not wearable , returned.

No idea what this product was that was sent. I ordered a B width and received wide/D. The show is bright royal blue, not even close to navy. Wow, Zappos used to be 100% accurate.
