Saw the low ratings and figured I need to give a shout out. I was an Asics guy until they made some recent strange updates to their shoes.
I stumbled upon these at my local racquet shop and could not be happier. I would like to see better ventilation because my feet always get hot. Anyway I went from having mild/moderate pain after playing to virtually none. I have a flat foot & wear orthotics. I'm now on Zappos to buy me a second pair for everyday wear. Cool styling on the teal ones. Thanks NB!

Long time FuelCell 996 customer and I really don’t get how a company puts out a new version of a popular shoe and decides to make it narrower. I think it has a lower profile as well Uncomfortable and I’m returning it.

This shoe feels very comfortable and responsive. Also, has great traction and a light feel. Its a very nice looking shoe. Played pickleball for three hours and my feet did not feel sore or tired.

was listed as a Wide shoe, and I could not get my foot to fit into it. Don't be like Nike and make only narrow shoes, and advertise them as Wide.

Pickleball shoes are an enigma for me. I landed on these. Bought wide 1/2 size up. Replaced the insoles with currex insoles. Im sure satisfied so far. Durability will be the issue. If they last more than 6 months then they get five stars.

Good shoe; know that toebox is smaller than previous versions of 996, and NB shoes tend to run a half-size small.

I ordered a wide and it fit very narrow. If you have wide feet, don’t expect the wide to fit any wider than a medium width shoe.

These sneakers are truly cool looking. but even though they are marked "wide", they aren't. The sneakers were TIGHT. The size was spot on. Disappointed.

Super stiff out of the box. They literally were pinching some nerves. I ordered 2E wide and they fit like a very narrow shoe. I'm done with New Balance. Over priced and seriously cheap shoe!!
