This vest is beautiful, feels great, but is not designed for someone who carries more weight in their hips. I can't zip it up. I kept it because it's pretty and I can wear it open, but I wish they would design these plus sized clothes in a way that accommodates different shapes.

No one has mentioned how the white puffer vest has a weird blotchy look on it.! The feathers are a mix between black and white so this looks very odd in white because you can see the dark spots underneath. It's terrible and next time the white vests all need white feathers.!

Just love vest. It's been great for the kind of weather we have been having in Michigan. It is Perfect for riding in the car.

I ordered 2 different vests. Returned this but kept the 1996 Retro Nuptse Vest. The Retro is almost too much fill but it's a great vest. Great pockets, zipper and hideaway hood. Bring back the 550 with the Retro quality and same features. This Aconcagua Vest didn't have a good fit to me. If this was more like the old style 550 but with upgraded features such as a better quality zipper and hood I would have kept both.

Present for my teen daughter and she loves it. It is very warm as a vest and rain resistant. She loves the light gray color and featherweight. It is a quality jacket and fits great.
